莫桑比克可膨脹石墨的制備與研究

【摘要】:以莫桑比克天然鱗片石墨為原料,采用K_2Cr_2O_7/HClO_4/H_3PO_4為氧化插層劑,制備可膨脹石墨。在K_2Cr_2O_7用量、HClO_4用量、H_3PO_4用量、反應(yīng)溫度和時(shí)間的單因素條件基礎(chǔ)上,確定反應(yīng)工藝:m(石墨)/m(K_2Cr_2O_7)/V(HClO_4)/V(H_3PO_4)=1∶0.1∶3.67∶1.33(g∶g∶mL∶mL),反應(yīng)溫度30℃,時(shí)間40min。最終制得可膨脹石墨在600℃溫度下,膨脹體積可達(dá)340mL/g。XRD物相分析和紅外光譜分析證明ClO_4~-、H_2PO_4~-、HPO_4~(2-)和PO_4~(3-)的插入使得膨脹過程順利進(jìn)行。
