桿狀活動(dòng)零件鍍鉻工藝改善及替代方案研究

【摘要】:電鍍鉻是軍工生產(chǎn)中一項(xiàng)常用的、關(guān)鍵的表面電鍍技術(shù),因具有特殊鍍層性能,一直應(yīng)用在軍品關(guān)重零部件(桿狀),其使用條件極其苛刻、惡劣。但電鍍鉻存在電流沉積效率低、鍍能力差的缺點(diǎn),而工廠產(chǎn)品單件受鍍面積大(約1dmm2/件)、單件受鍍距離長(zhǎng)(約300mm,最長(zhǎng)的630mmm),受制于電鍍工藝缺點(diǎn)和產(chǎn)品自身特點(diǎn)的綜合影響,工廠產(chǎn)品電鍍鉻的綜合合格率低、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和環(huán)境污染程度大,已不符合現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的環(huán)境要求。但因其產(chǎn)品特性的需求,目前只能對(duì)加工工藝和方法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化、調(diào)整,工廠擬通過(guò)改變產(chǎn)品鍍前機(jī)加幾何尺寸、電鍍前處理方法的改變和優(yōu)化電鍍工藝參數(shù)等措施,減少這些因數(shù)對(duì)電鍍鉻過(guò)程的影響。通過(guò)這些措施的實(shí)施,桿狀活動(dòng)零部件電鍍鉻的綜合合格率已從過(guò)去的50%左右大幅提升,目前一直穩(wěn)定在80%至85%,減少其因合格率低導(dǎo)致的反復(fù)電鍍鉻,減少生產(chǎn)時(shí)間,直接減少工廠的生產(chǎn)成本,同時(shí)減少因清洗增加的鍍鉻廢水,降低環(huán)境的污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及處置費(fèi)用。國(guó)內(nèi)外研究表明,QPQ、涂層技術(shù)、化學(xué)鍍鎳等鍍層技術(shù),因其與電鍍鉻層的物理性能、化學(xué)性能接近,鍍層尺寸精度高、生產(chǎn)條件容易控制、對(duì)產(chǎn)品自身機(jī)械性能無(wú)損傷(小),在上世紀(jì)八九十年代,已在同類(lèi)工藝特性需求和使用條件要求的各種產(chǎn)品上大量應(yīng)用;工廠經(jīng)過(guò)三年左右的摸索研究和小批量試制,目前已在部分單發(fā)型高端產(chǎn)品上進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用,并進(jìn)行了產(chǎn)品圖設(shè)計(jì)、歸檔,達(dá)到了在這些高新產(chǎn)品上徹底取消電鍍鉻的研究目的。同時(shí)又豐富了今后新產(chǎn)品的工藝設(shè)計(jì)選擇,使軍工產(chǎn)品完全取消電鍍鉻工藝在未來(lái)變得現(xiàn)實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Chromium electroplating is a common and key surface electroplating technology in military production. Because of its special coating performance, chromium plating has been used in military products with heavy components (rod type, extremely harsh and harsh). However, chromium electroplating has the disadvantages of low current deposition efficiency and poor plating capacity. However, the single piece of factory products is subject to the comprehensive influence of the disadvantages of electroplating process and the characteristics of the product, because of its large area of plating (about 300mm for 1dmm2/ parts, long distance for each piece (about 300mm) and the longest plating distance (630mmmg). The comprehensive qualified rate of electroplating chromium in factory products is low, the labor intensity and environmental pollution are large, which is not in line with the environmental requirements of modern society. However, due to the demand of product characteristics, the processing technology and method can only be optimized and adjusted at present. The factory plans to change the geometric dimension of the product before plating, the change of pretreatment method and the optimization of electroplating process parameters, etc. Reduce the effect of these factors on the chromium plating process. Through the implementation of these measures, the comprehensive qualified rate of electroplating chromium for rod moving parts has increased substantially from about 50% in the past. At present, it has been stabilized at 80% to 85%, reducing the repeated plating of chromium due to the low pass rate and reducing the production time. It can directly reduce the production cost of the plant, reduce the increase of chromium plating wastewater due to cleaning, reduce the environmental pollution risk and the cost of disposal. Studies at home and abroad show that the coating technology, such as QPQ, coating technology and electroless nickel plating technology, is similar to the electroplated chromium coating in physical properties, chemical properties, high dimensional precision, and easy to control the production conditions. There is no damage to the mechanical properties of the products themselves. (in the eighties and nineties of the last century, it has been widely used in various kinds of products requiring similar technological characteristics and using conditions; after about three years of exploration and research and small batch trial production in factories, At present, it has been applied to some high end products with single haircut, and the design and archiving of product drawings have been carried out, which has achieved the purpose of eliminating chromium electroplating completely on these high and new products. At the same time, it enriches the choice of process design for new products in the future, and makes the elimination of chromium electroplating for military products become a reality in the future.
