聚羧酸系高性能減水劑分子在稀溶液中尺寸及其在體積排除色譜表征中表觀分子量的模型研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)被稱為"第一代聚羧酸高性能減水劑"(以下簡稱為MPEG-type PCE)的甲基丙烯酸(MAA)/烯酸甲酯(MAA-MPEG)梳狀共聚物分子,從高分子物理基礎(chǔ)理論出發(fā),構(gòu)建等效自由連接鏈模型,結(jié)合前人的理論結(jié)果和實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),得到了MPEG-type PCE分子的回轉(zhuǎn)半徑、流體力學(xué)半徑及其相應(yīng)的支化參數(shù)的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)式.在此基礎(chǔ)上,報(bào)道了以下三方面的工作:首先,將計(jì)算結(jié)果與文獻(xiàn)中的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,檢驗(yàn)?zāi)P偷暮侠硇?其次,利用所建立的數(shù)學(xué)模型考察主鏈分子量、側(cè)鏈分子量和側(cè)鏈接枝密度對(duì)PCE分子的回轉(zhuǎn)半徑和流體力學(xué)半徑的影響;最后,結(jié)合近年來發(fā)展的體積排除色譜分離理論,對(duì)PCE分子的真實(shí)分子量與其常規(guī)體積排除色譜"表觀分子量"(又被稱為GPC分子量)兩者之間的差異進(jìn)行了分析.本文所提出的計(jì)算模型和數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)式?jīng)]有不確定的指前因子,可用來估算MPEG-type PCE分子在稀水溶液中的尺寸以及根據(jù)其GPC分子量估算真實(shí)分子量.
[Abstract]:Based on the basic theory of polymer physics, an equivalent free join chain model was constructed for the comb copolymer molecule of MAA / MAA-MPEGM, which is called "first generation polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducer" (hereinafter referred to as MPEG-type PCE-MAA-MPEG-1), which is called "first generation polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducer" (hereinafter referred to as MPEG-type PCE). Based on previous theoretical results and experimental data, the mathematical expressions of radius of rotation, radius of hydrodynamics and corresponding branching parameters of MPEG-type PCE molecule are obtained. On this basis, the following three aspects of work are reported: first, the calculation results are compared with the experimental results in the literature to test the rationality of the model; secondly, the molecular weight of the main chain is investigated by using the established mathematical model. The effects of molecular weight of side chain and branch density of side link on the radius of rotation and hydrodynamics of PCE molecule. Finally, combined with the recent development of volume exclusion chromatography separation theory, The difference between the real molecular weight of PCE molecule and the "apparent molecular weight" (also known as GPC molecular weight) of PCE molecule by conventional volumetric exclusion chromatography was analyzed. The computational model and mathematical expressions presented in this paper have no uncertain preexponential factors, which can be used to estimate the size of MPEG-type PCE in dilute aqueous solution and to estimate the true molecular weight of MPEG-type PCE based on its GPC molecular weight.
