pH值對(duì)水熱合成氧化鋅粉體形貌及光催化性能的影響

【摘要】:以Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O為原料,Na OH為礦化劑,檸檬酸為表面活性劑,在pH值為8.0-12.0的條件下采用水熱法成功制備出氧化鋅納米粉體。采用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、紫外-可見漫反射光譜(DRS)、低溫氮吸附、傅里葉紅外光譜(FT-IR)等手段對(duì)樣品物相、形貌、能帶間隙、比表面積和穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行表征。以樣品對(duì)15 mg/L的甲基橙溶液的光催化降解性能為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,樣品對(duì)甲基橙的光催化降解反應(yīng)為表觀一級(jí)反應(yīng),pH值為12(無(wú)檸檬酸)時(shí),樣品的光催化性能最佳,在300 W高壓汞燈照射2 h時(shí)甲基橙降解率達(dá)到99%。另外,pH值對(duì)ZnO粉體的物相、形貌及光催化性能均有較大影響,p H=8.0時(shí)合成的粉體比表面積較大,但結(jié)晶程度差,劣化其光催化性能;pH=12.0(無(wú)檸檬酸)時(shí)合成高結(jié)晶度的六方纖鋅礦結(jié)構(gòu)的ZnO粉體,比表面積為8.99 m~2·g~(-1),光催化性能優(yōu)異。
[Abstract]:Zinc oxide nanocrystalline powders were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method using ZnN _ 3H _ 2O as raw material NaOH as mineralizer and citric acid as surfactant under the condition of pH 8.0-12.0. The phase, morphology, energy band gap, specific surface area and stability of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-VRS), low temperature nitrogen adsorption and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The photocatalytic degradation of 15 mg / L methyl orange solution was evaluated. The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange was the best when the pH value of the first order reaction was 12 (no citric acid), and the degradation rate of methyl orange reached 99g when irradiated with 300W high pressure mercury lamp for 2 h. In addition, pH value has a great influence on the phase, morphology and photocatalytic performance of ZnO powder, but the specific surface area of the prepared powder is larger, but the degree of crystallization is poor. The ZnO powder with high crystallinity and hexagonal wurtzite structure was synthesized at pH = 12.0 (without citric acid). The specific surface area of ZnO powder was 8.99 mt2 g / L, and the photocatalytic performance was excellent.
