透水模板對礦粉混凝土性能的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著混凝土結構應用越來越廣泛,混凝土的耐久性問題也得到了土木工程界的廣泛關注與持續(xù)研究。使用活性礦物摻合料在提高混凝土性能的同時,也減少了能源消耗,保護了環(huán)境。透水模板也是提高混凝土結構耐久性的一種技術。許多學者對摻加礦粉和透水模板單獨作用下混凝土性能改善方面做了大量研究,但是關于透水模板對摻加礦粉混凝土性能改善的研究很少,使得透水模板的應用受到了限制。本文主要從兩個方面研究透水模板對摻加礦粉混凝土性能的改善作用:一是研究透水模板對未摻和摻加礦粉混凝土表層膠凝材料顆粒積累運動和膠凝材料顆粒分布的影響,定量分析距離混凝土表面不同深度處水化情況;二是研究透水模板對未摻和摻加礦粉混凝土耐久性能的影響。本文對兩種配合比、兩種模板制得的試塊進行以下五種試驗:氫氧化鈣含量測定試驗、混凝土飽和吸水試驗、混凝土強度回彈試驗、混凝土毛細吸水試驗、混凝土凍融循環(huán)試驗。試驗結果表明:(1)透水模板對摻加礦粉混凝土表層水泥水化有促進作用,標養(yǎng)和自然養(yǎng)護條件下分別提高了3.5%和4%左右,而且影響深度提高較大,普通模板的影響深度一般為10mm左右,而透水模板對水泥水化的影響深度在20mm左右。(2)透水模板對摻加礦粉混凝土的耐久性能提高顯著?箟簭姸确矫,C+K-PMF-1試塊比C+K-PMF-0試塊在自然養(yǎng)護和標準養(yǎng)護條件下分別提高了6%和13.2%??jié)B性方面,C+K-PMF-1試塊孔隙率比C+K-PMF-0試塊在自然養(yǎng)護和標準養(yǎng)護條件下分別減小了28.2%和33.9%;C+K-PMF-1試塊表面毛細吸水量比C+K-PMF-0試塊在自然養(yǎng)護和標準養(yǎng)護條件下分別減少了9.3%和15.2%;C+K-PMF-1試塊核心面毛細吸水量比C+K-PMF-0試塊在自然養(yǎng)護和標準養(yǎng)護條件下4.5%和3.5%。抗凍性方面,在經(jīng)過相同凍融循環(huán)次數(shù)后C+K-PMF-1試塊比C+K-PMF-0試塊的失重率有所降低,相對動彈性模量有所提高。
[Abstract]:With the application of concrete structures more and more widely, the durability of concrete has been widely concerned and continuously studied in civil engineering field. The use of active mineral admixtures not only improves the performance of concrete, but also reduces the energy consumption and protects the environment. Permeable formwork is also a technique to improve the durability of concrete structures. Many scholars have done a lot of research on the improvement of concrete performance under the separate action of mineral powder and permeable formwork, but there are few researches on improving the performance of concrete mixed with mineral powder with permeable formwork, which limits the application of permeable formwork. This paper mainly studies the effect of permeable formwork on the performance of concrete mixed with mineral powder from two aspects: one is to study the effect of permeable formwork on the accumulation and movement of surface cementing material and the distribution of cementing material in the surface layer of unadulterated and mixed mineral powder concrete. Quantitative analysis of hydration at different depths from the surface of concrete; second, the influence of permeable formwork on the durability of unadulterated and mixed concrete. In this paper, the following five kinds of tests were carried out on the samples made of two kinds of mix ratio and two kinds of formwork: calcium hydroxide content test, concrete saturated water absorption test, concrete strength rebound test, concrete capillary water absorption test. Concrete freeze-thaw cycle test. The experimental results show that the permeable formwork can promote the hydration of concrete surface cement with mineral powder, which increases by about 3.5% and 4% respectively under the conditions of standard culture and natural curing, and the influence depth is greatly increased. The influence depth of common formwork is generally about 10mm, while the influence depth of permeable formwork on cement hydration is about 20mm. 2) the durability of concrete mixed with mineral powder can be improved significantly by permeable formwork. The compressive strength of CK-PMF-1 is 6% higher than that of CK-PMF-0 under natural and standard conditions. In terms of impermeability, the porosity of C K-PMF-1 specimen is 28.2% lower than that of C K-PMF-0 sample under natural and standard curing conditions, and the capillary water absorption of C K-PMF-1 specimen is lower than that of C K-PMF-1 sample under natural and standard curing conditions, respectively. The capillary absorptivity of C K PMF 1 and C K PMF 1 was 4.5% and 3. 5% under natural and standard conditions. In the aspect of frost resistance, the weight loss rate of CK-PMF-1 sample was lower than that of CK-PMF-0 sample after the same freeze-thaw cycles, and the relative dynamic elastic modulus was increased.
