磷摻雜對阿利特介穩(wěn)結(jié)構(gòu)及水化性能的影響

【摘要】:采用X射線衍射結(jié)合Rietveld方法、紅外光譜、差示掃描量熱、掃描電鏡及微量熱分析等,研究了磷摻雜對阿利特晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、多晶轉(zhuǎn)變、微觀形貌及水化性能等的影響。結(jié)果表明:在典型組成的阿利特中,摻1%P_2O_5(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),下同)可穩(wěn)定R型阿利特,但其在650~850℃介穩(wěn),向低溫晶型轉(zhuǎn)變。低摻量P_2O_5(≤0.2%)基本不影響阿利特水化性能。當(dāng)P_2O_5摻量在準(zhǔn)同型相界附近(0.5%)時,阿利特早期水化活性最高。隨P_2O_5摻量增加,阿利特晶粒尺寸增大,早期活性降低,主水化反應(yīng)減緩,但中后期活性增加。摻磷穩(wěn)定R型阿利特可顯著提高阿利特強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:The effects of phosphorus doping on the structure, polycrystalline transition, micromorphology and hydration properties of alite crystal were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and Rietveld method, infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and microcalorimetry. The results show that the R type alite can be stabilized by adding 1 P2O5 (mass fraction) in the typical composition of Allitt, but it is metastable at 650 鈩,
