石化極端工況下法蘭連接的可靠性研究

【摘要】:本文以螺栓法蘭連接為對(duì)象,研究其在預(yù)緊、承壓等基本工況以及高溫、蠕變、驟停等極端工況下的完整性和密封性。研究突然停車再開(kāi)車、降溫速率以及墊片形式對(duì)法蘭連接應(yīng)力及密封性能的影響。利用有限元軟件ANSYS對(duì)法蘭連接建模并進(jìn)行模擬,由于周期對(duì)稱性僅建立法蘭連接的1/28模型。計(jì)算過(guò)程中綜合考慮了墊片壓縮回彈特性、材料非線性、法蘭和螺母接觸等高度非線性行為。熱-機(jī)械耦合結(jié)果表明溫度載荷對(duì)法蘭連接影響較大,應(yīng)力大幅增加?紤]螺栓、法蘭材料蠕變后,螺栓應(yīng)力不斷下降并重新分配。驟然停車再開(kāi)車后法蘭位移、應(yīng)力、偏轉(zhuǎn)角都變大,反復(fù)停開(kāi)車操作將使法蘭偏轉(zhuǎn)更嚴(yán)重,泄漏趨勢(shì)增大,強(qiáng)度也將無(wú)法滿足要求。不同形式的墊片對(duì)法蘭連接密封性能的影響不同,需根據(jù)具體情況決定是否需要熱緊操作以防止泄漏。高溫、蠕變及驟然停車再開(kāi)車等極端工況對(duì)法蘭的完整性和密封性影響深遠(yuǎn),使法蘭連接處于復(fù)雜應(yīng)力及應(yīng)力波動(dòng)狀態(tài),增大墊片的泄漏趨勢(shì),應(yīng)盡量避免。實(shí)際使用時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)具體要求選擇合適的降溫速率及墊片類型,以減少泄漏的發(fā)生。上述研究結(jié)果對(duì)石化裝置中法蘭連接的選型以及開(kāi)停車過(guò)程控制具有重要的工程指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the integrity and sealing of bolted flange connections under the basic conditions of preload and pressure, as well as under extreme conditions such as high temperature, creep and sudden arrest are studied. The effects of sudden stopping and restarting, cooling rate and gasket form on flange connection stress and sealing performance were studied. The finite element software ANSYS is used to model and simulate the flange connection. Because of the periodic symmetry, only the 1 / 28 model of the flange connection is established. The high nonlinear behavior of gasket compression springback, material nonlinearity, flange and nut contact are considered. The results of thermal-mechanical coupling show that the temperature load has a great influence on the flange connection, and the stress is increased greatly. Considering bolt, flange material creep, bolt stress decreases and redistribution. The flange displacement, stress and deflection angle are all increased after the sudden stop and start up. The flange deflection will become more serious after repeated stopping operation, the leakage trend will increase, and the strength will not meet the requirements. Different types of gaskets have different effects on the sealing performance of flange connections. It is necessary to determine whether hot tightening operation is required to prevent leakage according to the specific conditions. Extreme conditions such as high temperature, creep and sudden stopping and restarting have a profound influence on the integrity and sealing of flange, which makes the flange connection in complex stress and stress fluctuation state, increases the leakage tendency of gasket, and should be avoided as far as possible. In practical use, appropriate cooling rate and gasket type should be selected according to specific requirements to reduce leakage. The above results are of great significance to the selection of flange connection and the control of on-off process in petrochemical plant.
