【摘要】：通過推導(dǎo)液滴在蒸發(fā)過程中,邊界是否考慮Marangoni應(yīng)力作用時(shí),其內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)分布的極坐標(biāo)解析式,并結(jié)合相應(yīng)的球冠液滴模型,來描述液滴內(nèi)部的流線分布情況,以及液滴在受到Marangoni應(yīng)力作用時(shí),極坐標(biāo)下ρcosα=常數(shù)處速度隨液滴高度的分布規(guī)律。并分別使用實(shí)驗(yàn)與數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與解析結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,從而說明解析式的正確性。同時(shí)從液滴的流線的分布得出:液滴在蒸發(fā)過程中,其內(nèi)部的流動(dòng)速率在三相界面處最大,在靠近基板的中心處最小。受Marangoni應(yīng)力作用的影響,液滴內(nèi)部在其對(duì)稱面上產(chǎn)生了環(huán)流,其方向在液滴底部是從液滴中心流向三相界面的,同時(shí)也說明了Marangoni對(duì)流可以抑制"咖啡環(huán)"效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:By deducing the polar coordinate analytic formula of the internal flow field distribution when Marangoni stress is taken into account in the evaporation process of the droplet, and combining with the corresponding spherical droplet model, the streamline distribution inside the droplet is described. And the distribution of the velocity at 蟻 cos 偽 = constant with the drop height in polar coordinates when the droplet is subjected to Marangoni stress. The experimental and numerical simulation results are compared with the analytical results respectively to show the correctness of the analytical formula. At the same time, from the distribution of the streamline of the droplet, it can be concluded that the internal flow rate of the droplet is the largest at the three-phase interface and the smallest near the center of the substrate during the evaporation process. Under the influence of Marangoni stress, there is a circulation on the symmetrical surface of the droplet, and the direction is from the center of the droplet to the three-phase interface at the bottom of the droplet. It also shows that the Marangoni convection can suppress the "coffee ring" effect.
