【摘要】:以生石膏為原料,一步常壓酸化法制備無(wú)水硫酸鈣晶須。采用單因素條件實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、濃鹽酸與水的體積比對(duì)產(chǎn)物的影響,并借助X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X射線能譜(EDS)對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行了表征。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在反應(yīng)溫度為70℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為4 h、濃鹽酸和水的體積比為4∶1的條件下,一步法制備出了長(zhǎng)度為10~20μm、直徑為0.1~0.3μm的無(wú)水硫酸鈣晶須。
[Abstract]:Anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker was prepared from raw gypsum by one step acidification under atmospheric pressure. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and volume ratio of concentrated hydrochloric acid to water on the product were studied by single factor experiments. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results show that the anhydrous calcium sulfate whiskers with 10 渭 m in length and 0.3 渭 m in diameter have been prepared by one-step method under the conditions of 70 鈩,
