晶化溫度對鎢尾礦微晶玻璃析晶性能的影響

【摘要】:以廣東韶關(guān)梅子鎢尾礦和相應(yīng)化學(xué)試劑為原料,通過熔融法制備了硅灰石為主晶相,鈣長石為次晶相的微晶玻璃。采用差熱掃描(DSC)、X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)等手段研究了晶化溫度對微晶玻璃樣品的析晶性能、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,測試了樣品的耐酸耐堿性、密度、抗彎強度、顯微硬度等性能。結(jié)果表明:隨著晶化溫度的升高,微晶玻璃樣品中晶粒逐漸長大,由球型晶體發(fā)育成桿狀晶體;在850~1050℃熱處理的微晶玻璃,其密度、抗彎強度和顯微硬度都隨著晶化溫度的升高逐漸增加,950℃時微晶玻璃性能最優(yōu),耐酸性為0.19%、耐堿性為0.18%、密度達2.82g/cm~3、抗彎強度達97.52 MPa、顯微硬度達527 MPa,1000℃時,微晶玻璃的性能不同程度的降低可能是因為晶相轉(zhuǎn)變或晶相分布造成不致密結(jié)構(gòu)引起的。
[Abstract]:The glass-ceramics with wollastonite as the main crystalline phase and calcium feldspar as the secondary crystal phase were prepared by melting method from Guangdong Shaoguan Meizi tungsten tailings and corresponding chemical reagents. The effects of crystallization temperature on crystallization properties and microstructure of glass-ceramics were studied by means of differential thermal scanning X-ray diffraction (DSC-X) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The acid and alkali resistance, density and bending strength of the samples were tested. Microhardness and other properties. The results show that with the increase of crystallization temperature, the grains in the glass-ceramics gradually grow up and grow from spherical crystals to rod-like crystals, and the density of the glass-ceramics treated at 850 ~ 1050 鈩,
