碳化硼微粉的制備及其性能表征

【摘要】:為對比不同品質(zhì)的碳化硼微粉在純度、晶型、形貌和硬度上的差異,先采用Fact Sage軟件對碳熱還原法制備碳化硼的反應(yīng)過程進行熱力學計算理論合成溫度;再以硼酸和石油焦為原料,采用電弧爐碳熱還原法制備了碳化硼結(jié)晶塊,并根據(jù)其品質(zhì)的不同分為一級品和二級品;然后采用化學分析、XRD、SEM和顯微硬度等分析其純度、硼碳比、晶型、物相結(jié)構(gòu)、表觀形貌和顯微硬度。研究表明:碳熱還原法制備碳化硼的理論合成溫度應(yīng)為1 600~1 800℃;一級品碳化硼微粉的純度高(B4C質(zhì)量分數(shù)達98.35%),n(B)n(C)接近B4C化學計量比4,結(jié)晶好,致密度高,硬度高。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the differences in purity, crystal form, morphology and hardness of boron carbide powder with different quality, the thermodynamic synthesis temperature of boron carbide prepared by carbothermal reduction method was calculated by using the act Sage software. Using boric acid and petroleum coke as raw materials, boron carbide crystal blocks were prepared by arc furnace carbothermal reduction method, and were divided into first grade and second grade products according to their different quality, and then their purity and boron carbon ratio were analyzed by chemical analysis XRDX SEM and microhardness, etc. Crystal form, phase structure, apparent morphology and microhardness. The results show that the theoretical synthesis temperature of boron carbide by carbothermal reduction method should be 1 600 ~ 1 800 鈩,
