混凝土材料動態(tài)間接拉伸試驗的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:文章采用有限元軟件ANSYS/LS-DYNA對沖擊荷載作用下的半圓彎曲(semi-circular bending,SCB)實驗和巴西圓盤(Brazilian disc,BD)實驗進行了數(shù)值模擬;試樣分別采用線彈性和混凝土Holmquist-JohnsonCook(HJC)動態(tài)本構(gòu)2種模型,對2種動態(tài)間接拉伸試驗中沿用靜態(tài)線彈性理論計算抗拉強度的誤差進行了分析。模擬結(jié)果表明:當SCB實驗弧形墊塊角度α在15°~25°,試樣直邊加載支座間距L與試樣直徑D的比值L/D在0.6~0.8,圓棒墊條半徑r在0.004~0.006m范圍內(nèi),BD實驗弧形墊塊角度β在18°~24°范圍內(nèi),2種實驗方法用靜態(tài)彈性理論計算動態(tài)抗拉強度的最大誤差均不超過9.8%,且2種本構(gòu)模型模擬結(jié)果的誤差不超過2%;沖擊載荷作用下,SCB實驗中試樣起裂點始終為直邊中點,而BD實驗中試樣起裂點不固定;在相同的加載情況下,SCB實驗中試樣的最大拉應(yīng)力與最大壓應(yīng)力的比值顯著大于BD實驗,因此SCB實驗更適合混凝土等脆性材料動態(tài)間接抗拉強度的測量。
[Abstract]:The finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate the semicircular bending (semi-circular bending, SCB) experiment under the impact load and the Brazil disk (Brazilian disc, BD) experiment. The sample adopts 2 models, linear elastic and concrete Holmquist-JohnsonCook (HJC) dynamic constitutive, to the 2 dynamic indirect tensile tests. The error of tensile strength calculated by the static linear elastic theory is analyzed. The simulation results show that when the angle of the SCB experimental arc pad is 15 ~25 degrees, the ratio of the distance L to the specimen diameter D is L/D at 0.6~0.8, the radius r of the circular rod pad is within the 0.004~0.006m range, and the BD experimental arc pad angle beta is within the range of 2 degrees in the range of 2 degrees. The maximum error of the dynamic tensile strength calculated by the static elastic theory is not more than 9.8%, and the error of the simulation results of the 2 constitutive models is not more than 2%. Under the impact load, the crack point of the sample is always the middle point of the straight edge in the SCB experiment, and the crack point of the sample is not fixed in the BD experiment; in the same loading condition, the sample in the SCB experiment The ratio of the maximum tensile stress to the maximum compressive stress is significantly greater than that of the BD experiment, so the SCB experiment is more suitable for measuring the dynamic indirect tensile strength of brittle materials such as concrete.
