【摘要】:混凝土是用途最廣的建筑材料之一,在當(dāng)代的構(gòu)筑物和建筑物中,所發(fā)揮的作用越來(lái)越關(guān)鍵;炷猎诠こ探Y(jié)構(gòu)中受力狀態(tài)不僅包含靜荷載,還包含動(dòng)荷載。近些年,混凝土靜態(tài)力學(xué)的相關(guān)性能有了很大程度的完善,而動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能的研究成果仍然存在很大的提升空間,尤其是混凝土經(jīng)歷歷史荷載后動(dòng)態(tài)抗彎拉力學(xué)性能的研究。對(duì)于經(jīng)歷了不同歷史強(qiáng)度荷載的混凝土而言,混凝土動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能的研究就尤為重要。本文利用MTS加載裝置模擬混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)可能受到的動(dòng)態(tài)荷載,配合使用動(dòng)靜態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)采集儀,并對(duì)前人的成果進(jìn)行借鑒與總結(jié),采用適當(dāng)?shù)脑嚰谱鞣椒ê图虞d工藝,對(duì)強(qiáng)度為C40、C45、C50的混凝土試件,在應(yīng)變速率分別為10-6/s、10-5/s、10-4/s時(shí),進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)直接破壞和分級(jí)加載持荷兩種不同受力情況的動(dòng)態(tài)彎拉破壞,來(lái)研究應(yīng)變速率和分級(jí)持荷對(duì)混凝土動(dòng)態(tài)抗彎拉力學(xué)性能和變形性能(抗彎拉強(qiáng)度、彈性模量、泊松比、峰值應(yīng)變)的影響,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程和相應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,進(jìn)而探究混凝土的抗彎拉破壞機(jī)理。通過(guò)分析試驗(yàn)所得數(shù)據(jù),可知:當(dāng)應(yīng)變速率為定值時(shí),分級(jí)持荷后,混凝土的動(dòng)態(tài)抗彎拉強(qiáng)度和彈性模量都有一定幅度的降低,峰值應(yīng)變則有一定幅度的增高;在分級(jí)持荷一定的條件下,隨著應(yīng)變速率的提高,混凝土的抗彎拉強(qiáng)度也均有提高,其中彈性階段的泊松比基本處在0.2左右。
[Abstract]:As one of the most widely used building materials, concrete plays a more and more important role in modern structures and buildings. The stress state of concrete in engineering structure includes not only static load, but also dynamic load. In recent years, the correlation of static mechanics of concrete has been improved to a great extent, but the research results of dynamic mechanical properties still have great improvement space, especially the study of dynamic flexural and tensile mechanical properties of concrete after the historical load. The study of dynamic mechanical properties of concrete is particularly important for concrete with different historical strength. In this paper, the MTS loading device is used to simulate the dynamic load of concrete structure, the dynamic and static data acquisition instrument is used, and the previous achievements are used for reference and summary. For concrete specimens with a strength of C40 / C45 / C50, when the strain rate is 10 ~ (-6) / s ~ (-5) / s ~ (-10 ~ (-4) respectively, dynamic direct failure and dynamic flexural failure under different loading conditions are carried out. To study the effect of strain rate and graded load on the dynamic flexural tensile properties and deformation properties of concrete (flexural tensile strength, elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio, peak strain). Then the bending and tensile failure mechanism of concrete is explored. Through the analysis of the test data, it can be seen that when the strain rate is constant, the dynamic flexural tensile strength and elastic modulus of concrete will decrease to a certain extent, and the peak strain will increase by a certain extent. With the increase of strain rate, the flexural tensile strength of concrete also increases under the condition of graded load, and the Poisson's ratio of elastic stage is about 0.2.
