燒成工藝制度對釩尾礦基泡沫陶瓷性能的影響

【摘要】:采用商洛釩尾礦、鉀長石和粘土為原料制備泡沫陶瓷,在確定原料配方的基礎上,研究燒結溫度、升溫速率和保溫時間對泡沫陶瓷體積密度和抗壓強度的影響,確定最優(yōu)燒成工藝參數(shù),制得質(zhì)量輕、強度高、導熱系數(shù)低的高性能泡沫陶瓷材料。結果表明:8℃/min從室溫至1000℃,再以3℃/min的升溫速度燒至1135℃保溫30 min,在此燒成工藝條件下制備的泡沫陶瓷試樣的體積密度為420 kg/m3,抗壓強度為3.1 MPa,導熱系數(shù)為0.09 W/(m·K)。
[Abstract]:Foam ceramics were prepared by using Shangluo vanadium tailings, potassium feldspar and clay as raw materials. The effects of sintering temperature, heating rate and holding time on bulk density and compressive strength of foam ceramics were studied on the basis of determining the formula of raw materials. The high performance foam ceramic material with light mass, high strength and low thermal conductivity was obtained by determining the optimum sintering process parameters.
