硫酸-氫氟酸分步法提純石墨的工藝研究

【摘要】:用硫酸與氫氟酸分步對(duì)原料石墨進(jìn)行酸浸提純,分別研究了硫酸和氫氟酸的反應(yīng)溫度、用量、反應(yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)提純效果的影響。采用外加磁場的反應(yīng)器,大大縮短反應(yīng)時(shí)間,提高反應(yīng)效率。制取高純石墨的最佳條件為:硫酸反應(yīng)溫度為80℃,6 mol/L的硫酸用量90 m L,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2 h;氫氟酸反應(yīng)溫度為50℃,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)20%的氫氟酸用量為80 m L,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2 h。經(jīng)過硫酸-氫氟酸提純之后的石墨,固定碳質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)從79.03%可提高到98.65%,此工藝能有效緩解我國高純石墨依靠進(jìn)口的局面,應(yīng)用前景廣闊。
[Abstract]:The acid leaching of raw graphite was carried out with sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The effects of reaction temperature, dosage and reaction time on the purification effect were studied.
