采用吸附固定床脫除正己烷中的吡啶

【摘要】:以含吡啶的正己烷溶液為模擬含氮油品,采用吸附固定床進(jìn)行脫氮研究,考察了吸附劑種類、吸附溫度、吸附時(shí)間、原料油中吡啶用量和LHSV對床層累計(jì)吸附容量(Γ)及吡啶的凈化率(R)的影響。采用UV-Vis,BET,Py-TPD等方法測定了所用吸附劑的吸光度、比表面積、孔體積、酸性強(qiáng)度等。表征結(jié)果顯示,吡啶吸附脫除效果受吸附劑比表面積和酸強(qiáng)度共同影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用酸性較強(qiáng)的HAT-097為吸附劑、吸附溫度為30℃、吸附時(shí)間為100 min、原料中吡啶用量為260 mg/L、LHSV=3 h~(-1)條件下,吡啶的R高達(dá)85.1%、吸附劑的Γ可達(dá)0.90 mg/g。
[Abstract]:The nitrogen removal from n-hexane solution containing pyridine was studied by adsorption fixed bed. The adsorbents, adsorption temperature and adsorption time were investigated. The effects of the amount of pyridine in feed oil and LHSV on the cumulative adsorption capacity (螕) and the purification rate of pyridine (R). The absorbance, specific surface area, pore volume and acidity of the adsorbent were determined by UV-Vis-BET-Py-TPD. The results showed that the adsorption and removal effect of pyridine was affected by the specific surface area and acid strength of the adsorbent. The experimental results show that the R of pyridine is up to 85.1 with adsorption temperature of 30 鈩,
