膜厚度對(duì)CTA正滲透平板膜性能的影響

【摘要】:利用三醋酸纖維素(CTA)為膜材料,采用非溶劑誘導(dǎo)相轉(zhuǎn)化(NIPS)法制備了不同厚度的CTA平板正滲透(FO)膜,研究了膜厚度對(duì)CTA平板FO膜性能的影響.結(jié)果表明,隨著CTA FO平板膜厚度增加,膜水通量鹽通量降低,截留升高.當(dāng)CTA平板FO膜膜厚度為50μm時(shí),NaCl截留高達(dá)77.74%,壓力延遲滲透(PRO)模式下的水通量為12.15LMH.30μm的膜孔隙率最大為74.13%,結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)(S)最小為421μm.
[Abstract]:Using cellulose triacetate (CTAA) as the membrane material, different thickness CTA plate forward osmosis (FOV) membranes were prepared by non-solvent induced phase transformation (CTA) method. The effects of the thickness of the membranes on the properties of CTA flat FO membranes were studied. The results showed that with the increase of CTA FO membrane thickness, the water flux and salt flux decreased and the retention increased. When the thickness of CTA flat FO membrane is 50 渭 m, the retention of CTA is up to 77.74, the membrane porosity with water flux of 12.15LMH.30 渭 m is 74.13 and the structure parameter is 421 渭 m.
