【摘要】:鑒于傳統(tǒng)水溶液中電鑄鎳普遍存在的析氫問題以及離子液體這種新型介質(zhì)的巨大優(yōu)勢,系統(tǒng)地研究了在離子液體中溫度、電流密度對電鑄鎳層形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,并首次測定了離子液體中電鑄鎳件的抗拉強度和顯微硬度。結(jié)果表明:110~130℃是較理想的電鑄鎳溫度,升高溫度能明顯提高電鑄鎳層的結(jié)晶程度,并使晶粒的擇優(yōu)取向由(111)向(200)轉(zhuǎn)變;1 mA/cm~2是較理想的電流密度,隨電流密度的增大晶粒逐漸變小,結(jié)晶性能也隨之減弱;此外,與水溶液相比,離子液體中的電鑄鎳層有更高的抗拉強度和顯微硬度。
[Abstract]:In view of the widespread hydrogen evolution problem of electroformed nickel in conventional aqueous solution and the great advantage of ionic liquid as a new medium, the effects of temperature and current density on the morphology and structure of electroformed nickel layer were systematically studied.
