【摘要】：對(duì)蛭石樣品采用新型的化學(xué)-熱處理法制備膨脹蛭石,并對(duì)制備的膨脹蛭石樣品進(jìn)行形貌、XRD、DSC分析。結(jié)果表明:復(fù)合法制備的膨脹蛭石層與層之間分離的較為徹底,氣孔壁薄,效果明顯優(yōu)于高溫膨脹蛭石;雙氧水在蛭石層間分解釋放氧氣撐開(kāi)蛭石層間未引起蛭石結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,膨脹蛭石結(jié)構(gòu)破壞時(shí)的溫度與蛭石原礦一致,不影響蛭石的熱性能,復(fù)合法制備的膨脹蛭石在高溫條件下結(jié)構(gòu)破壞后不會(huì)形成新物相。
[Abstract]:The expanded vermiculite was prepared by a new chemical-heat treatment method, and the morphology of the sample was analyzed by XRD- DSC. The results showed that the expanded vermiculite layer prepared by the composite method was separated completely from the layer, the pore wall was thin, and the effect was obviously better than that of the high temperature expanded vermiculite layer, and the decomposition and release of oxygen between the vermiculite layers by hydrogen peroxide did not cause the change of the vermiculite structure. The temperature of the expansive vermiculite structure is the same as that of the vermiculite ore, and the thermal properties of the vermiculite are not affected. The new phase of the expanded vermiculite prepared by the composite method will not be formed after the structure is destroyed at high temperature.
