鋼鐵酸洗廢液制備氧化鐵紅新技術

【摘要】:鋼鐵酸洗廢液的污染是環(huán)境保護和資源再利用的重要問題。鋼鐵廢酸洗液因為具有流動性大,危害性大等特點,因此更難治理。為了保護環(huán)境和減少浪費,國內(nèi)外眾多學者和研究人員對如何處理鋼鐵廢酸進行了長期研究,但都存在著缺點和不足。本文突破傳統(tǒng)的鋼鐵廢酸洗液處理模式,對鋼鐵廢酸洗液采用資源化無害綜合處理方案。氧化鐵紅是第二大無機顏料,僅次于鈦白顏料,應用領域很廣,因此本文選擇利用鋼鐵酸洗廢液合成氧化鐵紅。本文主要以鋼鐵酸洗廢液和氫氧化鈉為原料,利用空氣將鋼鐵酸洗廢液中的亞鐵離子氧化成氧化鐵黃,通過煅燒鐵黃進一步制備氧化鐵紅。為了制備純度較高的氧化鐵紅,本文首先對鋼鐵酸洗廢液所含雜質(zhì)進行分析和除雜處理,并探討了氧化鐵紅的制備工藝。研究了初始Fe2+濃度、空氣流量、晶種制備時間等條件對晶種制備的影響;研究了晶種濃度、堿比、空氣流量和氧化時間對鐵黃制備的影響;并研究了煅燒溫度和煅燒時間對鐵紅制備的影響。獲得最佳工藝條件:晶種制備階段,氧化溫度30℃,堿比為0.5,空氣流量1.5 L/min,反應時間120 min;二步氧化階段,晶種比1:3,調(diào)節(jié)溶液的pH在2.5-3.0之間,通氣量2 L/min,16h后得到鐵黃粉末;鐵黃800℃煅燒2 h得到鐵紅。采用掃描電子顯微鏡和、射線衍射儀和透射電子顯微鏡等分析手段對產(chǎn)物的結構和形貌進行表征,制備出氧化鐵紅產(chǎn)品基本符合國家顏料標準,其純度高達97.3%。酸洗廢液制備氧化鐵紅新技術不僅從根本上解決了環(huán)境污染,同時又變廢為寶,獲得高附加值的氧化鐵作為經(jīng)濟回報,實現(xiàn)對資源的充分利用。新技術工藝簡單、容易操作,對以后進行工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)具有重要的指導意義。
[Abstract]:The pollution of iron and steel pickling waste liquor is an important problem of environmental protection and resource reuse. Iron and steel acid washing liquid is more difficult to control because of its high fluidity and harmfulness. In order to protect the environment and reduce waste, many scholars and researchers at home and abroad have carried out long-term research on the treatment of iron and steel waste acid, but all of them have shortcomings and shortcomings. This paper breaks through the traditional treatment mode of iron and steel waste acid washing liquid, and adopts the comprehensive treatment scheme of recycling and harmless treatment of iron and steel waste acid washing liquid. Iron oxide red is the second largest inorganic pigment, second only to titanium white pigment, and has a wide range of applications. Therefore, iron oxide red is synthesized from iron and steel acid pickling waste liquid in this paper. In this paper, iron and steel pickling waste liquor and sodium hydroxide were used as raw materials to oxidize ferrous ions in iron and steel pickling waste liquor to iron oxide yellow, and iron oxide red was further prepared by calcining iron yellow. In order to prepare iron oxide red with high purity, the impurity in iron and steel pickling waste liquor was analyzed and the preparation process of iron oxide red was discussed. The effects of initial Fe2 concentration, air flow rate and seed preparation time on the preparation of iron yellow were studied, and the effects of seed concentration, alkali ratio, air flow rate and oxidation time on the preparation of iron yellow were studied. The effects of calcination temperature and calcination time on the preparation of iron red were studied.
