棉稈炭制備的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:為了開發(fā)生物質(zhì)棉稈炭,研究了棉稈炭化期間熱解的失重過程,測(cè)試了棉稈炭的力學(xué)和能量指標(biāo),分析了其變化規(guī)律。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):隨著炭化溫度和時(shí)間的增加,棉稈炭的制炭率和能量得率均下降,棉稈炭的剪切強(qiáng)度、壓縮強(qiáng)度、熱值和相對(duì)能量密度均增加,且炭化參數(shù)與棉稈炭品質(zhì)存在二階非線性的函數(shù)關(guān)系。利用極小極大法對(duì)棉稈炭各品質(zhì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化,得出332℃炭化3 h 47 min時(shí)棉稈炭各品質(zhì)指標(biāo)最優(yōu),實(shí)測(cè)其制炭率為39.08%,剪切強(qiáng)度為0.61 MPa,壓縮強(qiáng)度為2.22 MPa,熱值為25.62 MJ,能量密度為153.79%,能量得率為59.97%,與預(yù)測(cè)值相差不大。
[Abstract]:In order to develop biomass cotton stalk carbon, the weight loss process of pyrolysis during the carbonization of cotton stalk was studied. The mechanical and energy indexes of cotton stalk carbon were tested and its variation law was analyzed. It was found that with the increase of carbonization temperature and time, the carbon production rate and energy yield of cotton stalk carbon decreased, and the shear strength, compression strength, calorific value and relative energy density of cotton stalk carbon increased. The carbonization parameters have a second order nonlinear function relationship with the carbon quality of cotton stalk. The optimum quality indexes of cotton stalk carbon were obtained when carbonized at 332 鈩,
