有機轉(zhuǎn)晶劑對常壓鹽溶液法制備的α-半水石膏晶體形態(tài)的影響

【摘要】:以山東華能電廠煙氣脫硫石膏為原料,采用常壓鹽溶液法制備α-半水石膏(α-HH)。分別以己二酸、檸檬酸、EDTA、丁二酸、草酸為轉(zhuǎn)晶劑,考察其對合成α-HH晶體形態(tài)的影響。結(jié)果表明,當鹽溶液濃度為20%、料漿濃度為20%、p H值為自然p H、反應(yīng)溫度為95℃、反應(yīng)時間為3 h時,5種有機酸轉(zhuǎn)晶劑對α-HH晶體形態(tài)均有影響;但以己二酸、檸檬酸、草酸為轉(zhuǎn)晶劑時,獲得的α-HH晶體形態(tài)均不理想;添加0.04%的丁二酸或0.07%的EDTA時,獲得的產(chǎn)品較佳。XRD分析結(jié)果驗證了獲得的產(chǎn)品為α-HH,TEM分析表明,添加0.04%的丁二酸時獲得的α-HH晶體質(zhì)量較添加0.07%的EDTA時的晶體質(zhì)量好。
[Abstract]:偽 -hemihydrate gypsum (偽 -HHHH) was prepared from gypsum of flue gas desulfurization in Shandong Huaneng Power Plant by salt solution method under normal pressure. The effects of adipic acid, citrate EDTA, succinic acid and oxalic acid on the morphology of 偽 -HH crystal were investigated. The results show that when the concentration of salt solution is 20, the concentration of slurry is 20g / pH, the reaction temperature is 95 鈩,
