堇青石原料粒徑對堇青石陶瓷燒結(jié)性能的影響

【摘要】:為了研究堇青石粉體原料粒徑對制備堇青石陶瓷性能的影響,以平均粒徑分別為10、23、37、58和99μm的5種堇青石粉料為原料,平均粒徑為15μm的土豆淀粉為造孔劑,分別制備了堇青石致密陶瓷和多孔陶瓷,并對比研究了粉體粒徑對兩種陶瓷燒結(jié)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:在相同的燒成制度下,堇青石粉體的平均粒徑越大,純堇青石陶瓷的顯氣孔率和線收縮率越大,體積密度越小;添加淀粉后,陶瓷材料的顯氣孔率明顯提高,體積密度降低,且因原料粒徑不同,增加和降低的幅度不同;但淀粉加入后,多孔陶瓷材料的性能隨原料粒徑的增大無明顯變化。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of cordierite powder size on the properties of cordierite ceramics, five kinds of cordierite powders with average particle sizes of 10233758 and 99 渭 m were used as raw materials and potato starch with average diameter of 15 渭 m as pore-forming agent. Cordierite dense ceramics and porous ceramics were prepared, and the effects of powder particle size on sintering properties of the two ceramics were studied. The results show that the larger the average particle size of cordierite powder is, the larger the apparent porosity and linear shrinkage of pure cordierite ceramics are, and the smaller the bulk density is, the higher the apparent porosity of cordierite powders is after the addition of starch, the larger the average particle size of cordierite powder is, the smaller the apparent porosity and linear shrinkage of cordierite ceramics are. The volume density is decreased and the increase and decrease range is different because of the different particle size of the raw material, but the properties of the porous ceramic material have no obvious change with the increase of the particle size of the raw material after the addition of starch.
