液膜萃取法從烏桕梓油甲酯中分離亞麻酸甲酯

【摘要】:本試驗結合了液膜萃取和銀離子絡合萃取亞麻酸甲酯的優(yōu)點,原料為烏桕梓油甲酯,液膜為硝酸銀的甲醇水溶液,反萃取劑為石油醚,考察了硝酸銀濃度、甲醇含量、相間攪拌速度、級數對亞麻酸甲酯萃取收率和純度的影響。液膜中硝酸銀和甲醇濃度的增加有利于提高液膜通透性,相間攪拌速度的提高有利于加強相間傳質,均有利于亞麻酸甲酯收率的提高,但甲醇濃度的增加會降低產品中亞麻酸甲酯純度。當液膜由1.6 mol/L硝酸銀,30%甲醇(體積比)和70%水(體積比)組成,相間攪拌轉速300 r/min,萃取溫度20℃時,一級液膜萃取的收率為31.4%,產品中亞麻酸甲酯的純度為94.1%。相對于同等萃取條件下的普通溶劑萃取,一級液膜萃取的收率是四級普通萃取收率的10倍。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, the advantages of liquid membrane extraction and silver ion complexation for extraction of methyl linolenic acid were studied. The raw materials were methyl ester of Chinese tallow catalpa oil, the liquid membrane was methanol aqueous solution of silver nitrate, and the stripping agent was petroleum ether. The concentration of silver nitrate and the content of methanol were investigated. The effect of stirring speed and order on the extraction yield and purity of methyl linolenic acid. The increase of the concentration of silver nitrate and methanol in the liquid film is beneficial to the enhancement of the permeability of the liquid film, the increase of the speed of stirring between phases is conducive to the enhancement of mass transfer between phases, and the increase of the yield of methyl linolenic acid. However, the purity of methyl linolenic acid was decreased with the increase of methanol concentration. When the liquid membrane is composed of 30% methanol (volume ratio) and 70% water (volume ratio) of 1.6 mol/L silver nitrate, the stirring speed between phases is 300r / min, the extraction temperature is 20 鈩,
