初始水溫對空氣源熱泵熱水器系統(tǒng)性能的影響

【摘要】:本文針對空氣源熱泵熱水器加熱至較高水溫時(shí)系統(tǒng)效率明顯下降的問題,研究初始水溫對系統(tǒng)性能的影響,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)改變初始水溫,分析系統(tǒng)各參數(shù)隨加熱水溫的變化規(guī)律,得到實(shí)際運(yùn)行特性及制熱性能惡化的原因。結(jié)果表明:相同初始水溫,隨著加熱的進(jìn)行,COP不斷下降,加熱前期下降趨勢較為平緩,后期變大;不同初始水溫,因系統(tǒng)開機(jī)時(shí)存在"預(yù)熱"階段,加熱后期又受壓縮機(jī)大量吸氣帶液的影響,故平均COP隨初始水溫的升高呈先減小后增大的趨勢;少量吸氣帶液能有效降低排氣溫度,改善系統(tǒng)性能,大量吸氣帶液卻增大系統(tǒng)功耗,加劇COP的下降趨勢。此外,提出以排氣溫度下降后再次上升時(shí)的拐點(diǎn)作為壓縮機(jī)開始大量吸氣帶液的參照點(diǎn),從而提升系統(tǒng)性能。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the system efficiency of air-source heat pump water heater decreases obviously when heated to a higher water temperature, the effect of initial water temperature on the system performance is studied in this paper. The variation of system parameters with heating water temperature is analyzed by changing the initial water temperature through experiments. The actual operation characteristics and the causes of deterioration of heating performance are obtained. The results show that the cop of the same initial water temperature decreases continuously with the heating, the decreasing trend of the earlier heating period is more gentle, and the later stage becomes larger, and the different initial water temperature is due to the "preheating" stage when the system starts up. At the later stage of heating, the compressor is affected by a large amount of suction fluid, so the average COP decreases first and then increases with the increase of initial water temperature, and a small amount of suction strip liquid can effectively reduce the exhaust temperature and improve the performance of the system. A large amount of inspiratory fluid increases the power consumption of the system, and exacerbates the downward trend of COP. In addition, the inflection point when the exhaust temperature drops and rises again is proposed as the reference point for the compressor to start a large amount of suction fluid, thus improving the performance of the system.
