【摘要】:以廢陰極炭塊為原料,通過(guò)成分分析,研究了不同液固比以及浸出時(shí)間對(duì)氟化物浸出效果的影響,并選取氯化鈣作為氟化物回收藥劑,研究了不同pH、藥劑用量、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度對(duì)回收效果的影響,還探討了不同浸出次數(shù)對(duì)氟化鈣產(chǎn)量以及浸出殘?jiān)某煞钟绊憽=Y(jié)果顯示,在液固比為8∶1、浸出時(shí)間為15 min的浸出條件下,采用浸出液初始pH,添加理論需要的CaCl_2·6H_2O用量,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為45 min,反應(yīng)溫度為100℃可以達(dá)到氟化鈣的最佳回收效果,且最多進(jìn)行2次浸出回收,殘?jiān)惺募兌入S著浸出次數(shù)的增加逐漸增大。
[Abstract]:The effects of different liquid-solid ratio and leaching time on the leaching efficiency of fluoride were studied by using waste cathode carbon block as raw material, and calcium chloride was selected as the recovery reagent of fluoride. The different pH, dosage and reaction time of fluoride were studied. The effect of reaction temperature on recovery efficiency and the effect of different leaching times on the yield of calcium fluoride and the composition of leaching residue were also discussed. The results showed that under the conditions of liquid-solid ratio of 8: 1 and leaching time of 15 min, the optimal recovery effect of calcium fluoride could be achieved by using the initial pH of leaching solution, adding the amount of CaCl_2 6H_2O needed in theory, reaction time of 45 minutes and reaction temperature of 100 鈩,
