【摘要】：供應(yīng)商關(guān)系的構(gòu)建逐漸從傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈向綠色供應(yīng)鏈過渡,企業(yè)在供應(yīng)商管理方面取得了長足的進(jìn)步。然而,生態(tài)文明帶來的影響力越來越凸顯,綠色化供應(yīng)鏈中供應(yīng)商參與已成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要方面。本文提出了一個基于客戶需要、供應(yīng)商前期介入、合作模式和收益分配的概念模型來解釋綠色供應(yīng)鏈下供應(yīng)商的參與行為。該框架和假設(shè)采用偏最小二乘法,以陶瓷企業(yè)的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為樣本進(jìn)行假設(shè)檢驗。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了加大縱向溢出效應(yīng),增加介入研發(fā)合作供應(yīng)商數(shù)量、持續(xù)改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工藝,遵循環(huán)保質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、強化知識交流與資源共享,建立綠色供應(yīng)商成長體系等政策建議。
[Abstract]:The construction of supplier relationship has gradually changed from traditional supply chain to green supply chain, and enterprises have made great progress in supplier management. However, the influence of ecological civilization is becoming more and more prominent. Supplier participation in green supply chain has become an important aspect of enterprise development. This paper proposes a conceptual model based on customer needs, supplier involvement, cooperation model and profit allocation to explain the supplier's participation behavior in green supply chain. The frame and hypothesis are tested by partial least square method and the sample of survey data of ceramic enterprises. On this basis, it is proposed to increase vertical spillover effect, increase the number of suppliers involved in R & D cooperation, continuously improve production process, follow environmental protection quality standards, strengthen knowledge exchange and resource sharing. Establish green supplier growth system and other policy recommendations.
