晶種法制備亞微米紡錘形碳酸鈣

【摘要】:采用晶種作為晶形控制劑,采用碳化法制備了亞微米紡錘形碳酸鈣。研究了晶種添加量、碳化起始溫度等因素對(duì)碳酸鈣顆粒形貌的影響。采用透射電鏡(TEM)、BET法比表面積測(cè)試等對(duì)樣品的形貌和性能進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:晶種在碳化過(guò)程中具有異相成核作用,提供成核位點(diǎn),使生成的碳酸鈣微晶在其表面生長(zhǎng)成紡錘形。在碳化起始溫度為30~35℃、晶種添加量為20%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))條件下,可制備單個(gè)顆粒粒徑為400~600 nm、長(zhǎng)徑比為4的亞微米紡錘形碳酸鈣。
[Abstract]:Sub-micron spindle-shaped calcium carbonate was prepared by carbonization using seed as crystal shape control agent. The effects of seed addition and carbonation temperature on the morphology of calcium carbonate were studied. The morphology and properties of the samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Tem BET method. The results show that the seeds have heterogeneous nucleation in the carbonization process, which provides nucleation sites and makes the resulting calcium carbonate microcrystals grow into spindles on its surface.
