高強(qiáng)低導(dǎo)熱氧化鋁輕質(zhì)隔熱材料的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:工業(yè)爐窯的節(jié)能一直是冶金、機(jī)械、化工等耗能大戶亟需解決的重要問題,采用體積密度小、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)低的輕質(zhì)隔熱材料作爐襯是解決這個(gè)問題的有效途徑之一。氧化鋁輕質(zhì)隔熱材料具有強(qiáng)度高、耐酸堿侵蝕、使用溫度高等特點(diǎn),是高溫爐窯爐襯材料理想的選擇之一。目前工業(yè)上使用的氧化鋁輕質(zhì)隔熱材料主要為氧化鋁空心球制品,存在耗能、體積密度和熱導(dǎo)率偏大等缺點(diǎn)。高強(qiáng)低導(dǎo)熱氧化鋁輕質(zhì)材料的研究顯得十分重要。本論文主要采用了兩種方法制備氧化鋁輕質(zhì)材料,探討了工藝參數(shù)對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)號(hào)性能的影響。研究?jī)?nèi)容主要有兩方面:(1)以二步法制備氧化鋁輕質(zhì)隔熱材料,研究了原料配比、成型壓力、造孔劑添加量和燒成溫度對(duì)氧化鋁輕質(zhì)隔熱材料結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的影響;(2)以泡沫澆注法制備氧化鋁輕質(zhì)隔熱材料,研究了氧化鋁微粉、硅微粉和泡沫加入量以及燒成溫度對(duì)氧化鋁輕質(zhì)隔熱材料結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)在二步法中,當(dāng)加入15wt%的α-Al2O3微粉、35wt%的造孔劑,成型壓力為1OMPa、燒成溫度為1550℃時(shí),制備的氧化鋁輕質(zhì)隔熱材料性能最佳,其常溫耐壓強(qiáng)度為1.54MPa,熱導(dǎo)率為0.17W/(m-K)(300℃),體積密度為0.94g/cm3。(2)在泡沫澆注法中,當(dāng)加入30wt%的氧化鋁微粉、2wt%的硅微粉、600mL/kg的泡沫,燒成溫度為1600℃時(shí),制備的氧化鋁輕質(zhì)隔熱材料性能最佳,其常溫耐壓強(qiáng)度為22.6MPa,熱導(dǎo)率為0.29 W/(m·K)(300℃),體積密度為1.05g/cm3。
[Abstract]:Energy saving in industrial furnaces has always been an important problem which needs to be solved by large energy-consuming households such as metallurgy, machinery and chemical industry. The use of light heat insulation materials with small volume density and low thermal conductivity as lining is one of the effective ways to solve this problem. Alumina light heat insulation material is one of the ideal materials for high temperature furnace because of its high strength, high resistance to acid and alkali erosion and high temperature. At present, aluminum oxide is mainly used as aluminum oxide hollow ball, which has the disadvantages of energy consumption, bulk density and thermal conductivity. It is very important to study the high strength and low thermal conductivity alumina light material. In this paper, two methods were used to prepare alumina lightweight material, and the effect of process parameters on its structure number properties was discussed. The main contents of the study are two aspects: (1) preparing aluminum oxide light heat insulation material by two-step method, studying the ratio of raw materials and molding pressure. Effect of pore-making agent and sintering temperature on the structure and properties of alumina light heat insulation material Effects of addition of silica powder, foam and sintering temperature on the structure and properties of alumina light heat insulation material. The results show that in the two-step method, when 15 wt% 偽 -Al 2O 3 powder 35 wt% pore-forming agent is added, the molding pressure is 1 OMPa, the sintering temperature is 1550 鈩,
