【摘要】:研究了硫酸鋅溶液蒸發(fā)濃縮、冷卻結(jié)晶及結(jié)晶產(chǎn)物干燥過程中氟、氯的行為,考察了初始硫酸質(zhì)量濃度、干燥溫度和干燥時間等因素對氟、氯行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:在試驗條件下,硫酸鋅溶液蒸發(fā)過程中,95.0%以上的氟、氯保留在液相;冷卻結(jié)晶后,氯主要分布在液相,氟主要分布在固相;結(jié)晶產(chǎn)物干燥過程中,氟、氯均能得到不同程度脫除,提高干燥溫度或延長干燥時間有利于氟、氯脫除;氟離子質(zhì)量濃度為3.0g/L、硫酸質(zhì)量濃度為31.2g/L的硫酸鋅溶液蒸發(fā)結(jié)晶所得產(chǎn)物在110℃下干燥9h,氟脫除率為91.9%;氯離子質(zhì)量濃度為6.0g/L、硫酸質(zhì)量濃度為16.8g/L的硫酸鋅溶液蒸發(fā)結(jié)晶所得產(chǎn)物在110℃下干燥3h,氯脫除率為99.0%。
[Abstract]:The behavior of fluoride and chlorine in the drying process of crystallization and crystallization of zinc sulfate solution was studied. The effects of initial sulfuric acid concentration, drying temperature and drying time on the behavior of fluorine and chlorine were investigated. The results show that more than 95.0% of fluorine in zinc sulfate solution is kept in liquid phase during evaporation, chlorine mainly distributes in liquid phase after cooling and crystallization, fluorine mainly distributes in solid phase, fluorine is mainly distributed in drying process of crystallization product, Chlorine can be removed to different degrees, increasing drying temperature or prolonging drying time is beneficial to fluorine removal and chlorine removal.
