肼硼烷的合成及產(chǎn)氫

【摘要】:肼硼烷(N_2H_4BH_3,HB)的含氫量高達(dá)15.4 wt%,易于制備,物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,是一種極具潛力的化學(xué)儲氫材料。肼硼烷可以通過熱解、醇解和水解產(chǎn)氫。特別是,通過水解其硼烷基和選擇性裂解肼基實(shí)現(xiàn)完全產(chǎn)氫后,其對應(yīng)的N_2H_4BH_3-3H_2O系統(tǒng)的有效理論質(zhì)量儲氫容量達(dá)10 wt%,遠(yuǎn)高于已知的氫源系統(tǒng)NaBH_4-4H_2O(7.3 wt%),NH_3BH_3-4H_2O(5.9 wt%)和N_2H_4·H_2O(8.0 wt%)。合適的催化劑是促使肼硼烷完全產(chǎn)氫的關(guān)鍵。本文簡要地介紹了肼硼烷的合成與表征,重點(diǎn)綜述了溫和條件下肼硼烷的硼烷基水解和肼基分解產(chǎn)氫所使用的催化體系及其催化性能,對肼硼烷完全產(chǎn)氫的機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析,并對肼硼烷催化產(chǎn)氫的應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:The hydrogen content of N _ 2H _ 2H _ 2H _ 2H _ 2H _ 3H _ 3 HBs is as high as 15.4 wt. it is easy to be prepared, and its physicochemical properties are stable, so it is a potential chemical hydrogen storage material. Hydrazine boranes can be produced by pyrolysis, alcoholysis and hydrolysis. In particular, the theoretical hydrogen storage capacity of the corresponding N_2H_4BH_3-3H_2O system is up to 10 wts after the complete hydrogen production is achieved by hydrolysis of its borane group and selective pyrolysis hydrazine group, which is much higher than that of the known hydrogen source system, NaBH_4-4H_2O(7.3 WTX, NaBH_4-4H_2O(7.3, and N_2H_4 H_2O(8.0 WT. Appropriate catalyst is the key to complete hydrogen production of hydrazine borane. In this paper, the synthesis and characterization of hydrazine borane are briefly introduced. The catalytic systems and their catalytic properties for the hydrolysis of hydrazine borane and the hydrogen production by hydrazine decomposition under mild conditions are reviewed. The mechanism of complete hydrogen production of hydrazine borane is analyzed. The prospect of hydrogen production catalyzed by hydrazine borane is also prospected.
