氯化鈉對氧化鎂水化產(chǎn)品形貌的影響

【摘要】:為考察以NaCl為晶型誘導劑,常壓下水化反應制備一維狀氫氧化鎂的可行性,以六水氯化鎂低溫煅燒生成的活性氧化鎂為原料,常壓下水化合成氫氧化鎂。結(jié)果表明:NaCl濃度為0.034 mol/L時,水化反應產(chǎn)品主要呈片狀;NaCl濃度為0.171 mol/L時,水化產(chǎn)品呈槽沿的凹槽狀;NaCl濃度為0.342 mol/L時,形成半管狀產(chǎn)品,且分散性較好。即隨著NaCl濃度的提高,水化產(chǎn)品逐漸向一維狀趨勢發(fā)展。當NaCl濃度較低時,新生成的氫氧化鎂只能任意吸附在已生成的氫氧化鎂晶體上,生成分散性較好的規(guī)則片狀氫氧化鎂;當NaCl濃度較高時,NaCl能夠選擇性地吸附在氫氧化鎂的特定晶面上,使片狀顆粒沿著垂直的晶面優(yōu)先生長,最終發(fā)生定向排列形成槽狀;隨著NaCl濃度的進一步提高,Na~+易于擴散到[Mg(OH)_6]~(4-)八面體中,取代部分Mg~(2+)的位置,降低氫氧化鎂生長的梯度能量,進而改變氫氧化鎂晶體在不同方向的生長速率,有利于誘導晶體沿一維方向生長,可快速誘導生成一維管狀產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the feasibility of the preparation of one dimensional magnesium hydroxide with NaCl as the inducer, the hydrated magnesium hydroxide was prepared at low temperature by six water magnesium chloride at low temperature. The results showed that the hydration reaction products were mainly flaky when the concentration of NaCl was 0.034 mol/L, and the concentration of NaCl was 0.171 mol/L, When the concentration of NaCl is 0.342 mol/L, a semi tubular product is formed and the dispersibility is better. That is, with the increase of NaCl concentration, the hydrated product gradually develops to one dimension trend. When the concentration of NaCl is low, the newly generated magnesium hydroxide can only be adsorbed on the generated magnesium hydroxide crystal and produce better dispersibility. When the concentration of NaCl is high, NaCl can selectively adsorb on the specific crystal surface of magnesium hydroxide, so that the flake particles grow along the vertical crystal surface first and eventually form the groove shape. With the further increase of NaCl concentration, Na~+ is easily diffused into the [Mg (OH) _6]~ (4-) eight surface, replacing some Mg~ (2+). In order to induce the growth of magnesium hydroxide, the growth rate of magnesium hydroxide in different directions is changed and the growth rate of magnesium hydroxide crystals in different directions is changed, which can induce the growth of the crystal along the one-dimensional direction, which can quickly induce the production of one dimensional tubular product.
