電絮凝-三維電極技術(shù)處理含鎳電鍍廢水

【摘要】:分別研究了電絮凝技術(shù)和三維電極技術(shù)對(duì)含鎳電鍍廢水的去除效果。在初始pH為3、初始鎳濃度為120.7 mg/L、電流密度為6 mA/cm~2、反應(yīng)25 min的條件下,電絮凝技術(shù)的鎳去除率在90%以上?疾炝擞绊懭S電極處理的因素,包括活性炭吸附、攪拌、電壓和進(jìn)水鎳濃度。在操作電壓為6 V、反應(yīng)120 min的條件下,三維電極技術(shù)可將初始鎳濃度為10 mg/L和20 mg/L的電鍍廢水分別降低至0.1 mg/L和0.2 mg/L以下。利用電絮凝-三維電極聯(lián)合技術(shù)處理含鎳電鍍廢水,運(yùn)行7個(gè)周期內(nèi)出水總鎳濃度均低于0.15 mg/L。
[Abstract]:The removal effect of electroflocculation and three-dimensional electrode on nickel-containing electroplating wastewater was studied. When the initial pH is 3, the initial nickel concentration is 120.7 mg / L, the current density is 6 Ma / cm ~ (-2) and the reaction is 25 min, the removal rate of nickel by electroflocculation is over 90%. The factors affecting three dimensional electrode treatment, including activated carbon adsorption, agitation, voltage and influent nickel concentration, were investigated. Under the condition of operating voltage of 6 V and reaction of 120 min, the electroplating wastewater with initial nickel concentration of 10 mg/L and 20 mg/L can be reduced to 0. 1 mg/L and 0. 2 mg/L, respectively. The electroflocculation-three dimensional electrode technique was used to treat nickel electroplating wastewater. The total nickel concentration in effluent was lower than 0.15 mg / L during 7 cycles.
