YAG多孔陶瓷的燒結(jié)工藝優(yōu)化及性能研究

【摘要】:由于釔鋁石榴石(YAG)具有許多優(yōu)異的性能,因此其被廣泛研究和應(yīng)用。本文對YAG多孔陶瓷燒結(jié)工藝進行優(yōu)化研究,通過研究結(jié)果表明:隨著升溫速率減慢,氣孔率先增大后減小,而抗壓強度則呈現(xiàn)增大趨勢。隨著排碳溫度的提升,陶瓷的氣孔率就降低,但是抗壓強度反而有所增強。隨著排碳時間的增長,陶瓷氣孔率反而下降,但是抗壓強度卻有所上升。隨著燒結(jié)溫度的增加,陶瓷的氣孔率呈現(xiàn)出先增大后減小的趨勢,但是抗壓強度一直保持增大趨勢。隨著保溫時間的延長,陶瓷氣孔率出現(xiàn)降低現(xiàn)象,但是抗壓強度則增大。結(jié)合YAG多孔陶瓷的氣孔率和抗壓強度綜合考慮,YAG多孔陶瓷的燒結(jié)工藝得以優(yōu)化,較佳燒結(jié)工藝為升溫速率為8℃/min、排碳溫度為800℃、排碳時間為1 h、燒結(jié)溫度為1450℃,保溫時間為2 h,所制備的YAG多孔陶瓷氣孔率為57.4%,抗壓強度為8.89 MPa。
[Abstract]:Yttrium aluminum garnet (YAGG) has been widely studied and applied because of its many excellent properties. In this paper, the sintering process of YAG porous ceramics is optimized. The results show that with the decrease of heating rate, the porosity increases first and then decreases, and the compressive strength increases. With the increase of carbon removal temperature, the porosity of ceramics decreases, but the compressive strength increases. With the increase of carbon emission time, the porosity of ceramics decreased, but the compressive strength increased. With the increase of sintering temperature, the porosity of ceramics increases first and then decreases, but the compressive strength keeps increasing. With the prolongation of holding time, the porosity of ceramics decreases, but the compressive strength increases. Considering the porosity and compressive strength of YAG porous ceramics, the sintering process was optimized. The optimum sintering process was: heating rate 8 鈩,
