不同溶劑對合成堇青石粉體結(jié)晶性能的影響

【摘要】:以硝酸鎂、硝酸鋁、正硅酸乙酯作為原料,通過液相法合成堇青石粉體,研究不同溶劑以及體系p H值對合成堇青石粉體結(jié)晶性能的影響。利用DTA-TGA、XRD測試手段對粉體進(jìn)行表征,結(jié)果表明:以水為溶劑,體系p H=4時(shí),在1000℃時(shí),衍射圖譜相對比較平滑,開始生成μ-堇青石以及尖晶石,在1200℃,μ-堇青石及尖晶石的衍射峰強(qiáng)度開始降低,開始有α-堇青石生成,在1250℃,μ-堇青石的峰基本消失不見,而α-堇青石的峰強(qiáng)度升高,在1350℃時(shí),α-堇青石相增多,幾乎全部轉(zhuǎn)化為α-堇青石。
[Abstract]:Cordierite powders were synthesized by liquid phase method using magnesium nitrate, aluminum nitrate and ethyl orthosilicate as raw materials. The effects of different solvents and pH value of the system on the crystallization properties of cordierite powders were studied. The powder was characterized by DTA-TGAX XRD.
