阿利特-硫鋁酸鹽水泥熟料的氣固反應(yīng)制備及水化性能

【摘要】:采用氣固反應(yīng)法制備了阿利特-硫鋁酸鹽體系水泥熟料。利用X線衍射儀(XRD)、水化量熱儀、壓汞法(MIP)等技術(shù)分析了SO_2氣體流量和煅燒溫度對(duì)水泥熟料礦物組成的影響,以及該體系的水化性能和漿體結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:硅酸鹽水泥熟料中可引入3CaO·3Al_2O_3·CaSO_4(C_4A_3$)礦物,實(shí)現(xiàn)3CaO·SiO_2(C_3S)和C_4A_3$的共存。在SO_2流量為40 mL/min、溫度為1 250℃條件下處理硅酸鹽水泥熟料30 min可制備C_3S含量52.61%和C_4A_3$含量2.13%共存的阿利特-硫鋁酸鹽體系水泥熟料。阿利特-硫鋁酸鹽體系水泥由于C_4A_3$的存在,凝結(jié)時(shí)間和水化誘導(dǎo)期較硅酸鹽水泥短,早期的孔隙率和早期強(qiáng)度均優(yōu)于硅酸鹽水泥。
[Abstract]:Alite-sulphoaluminate cement clinker was prepared by gas-solid reaction. The effects of SO_2 gas flow rate and calcination temperature on the mineral composition of cement clinker were analyzed by means of X-ray diffractometer, hydration calorimeter and mercury injection calorimeter. The hydration properties and slurry structure of the system were also analyzed. The results show that 3CaO 3Al_2O_3 Caso _ 4C _ S _ 4A _ S _ 3) minerals can be introduced into Portland cement clinker to realize the coexistence of 3CaO Sio _ 2C _ 3S) and C _ 4A _ S _ 3S _ 3.
