用于乙醇—水分離不銹鋼網(wǎng)支撐的Silicalite-1分子篩膜的制備

【摘要】:Silicalite-1分子篩膜,作為無機(jī)膜的一種,具有很好的耐熱性和耐酸性,無窮大的硅鋁比賦予了其良好的疏水性,使得其在水中脫有機(jī)物有很好的應(yīng)用前景,尤其是在原位法脫除發(fā)酵液中低濃度的乙醇,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)燃料乙醇連續(xù)化生產(chǎn)的應(yīng)用中。目前,Silicalite-1分子篩膜的制備大多采用含鋁的管狀載體,但制備得到的膜通量較低,且裝載在膜組件中的空間利用率低。而不銹鋼網(wǎng)不僅具有高的孔隙率,且其柔軟的質(zhì)地可加工成卷軸式膜組件,從而極大的提高膜組件的空間利用率。本文采用廉價(jià)的不銹鋼網(wǎng)作載體,制備得到了致密性較好、具有一定分離性能和高于傳統(tǒng)管狀載體膜通量的Silicalite-1分子篩膜。本論文的主要結(jié)論如下:(1)系統(tǒng)地考察了晶化溫度、晶化時(shí)間、水量、合成液液位、模板劑量等條件對(duì)膜形態(tài)的影響,晶化溫度175℃,配方為1TEOS:0.17-0.34 TPAOH:80-160 H2O,晶化時(shí)間2-5 d,反應(yīng)釜中合成液液位0.05 m左右時(shí)能制得致密性較好的Silicalite-1分子篩膜。(2)由于普通熱浸漬法很難將晶種引入到不銹鋼網(wǎng)載體上,所以考察了二次晶化對(duì)膜形態(tài)的影響,晶化一段時(shí)間后取出直接進(jìn)行第二次晶化,在一定程度上能縮短晶化時(shí)間。(3)考察了水量、晶化時(shí)間和不銹鋼網(wǎng)目數(shù)對(duì)Silicalite-1分子篩膜滲透蒸發(fā)性能的影響,水量在一定范圍內(nèi)時(shí),晶化時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),不銹鋼網(wǎng)目數(shù)越大,分離因子越大,但通量越低。為了達(dá)到較好的綜合性能,按1 TEOS:0.17 TPAOH:100-120 H2O配置合成液,晶化時(shí)間控制在2-3 d為宜。經(jīng)優(yōu)化后,通量能達(dá)到7.28kg·m-2h-1,同時(shí)分離因子為15.47,高于傳統(tǒng)管狀載體上制備得到的Silicalite-1分子篩膜的通量。(4)考察了F-含量對(duì)Silicalite-1分子篩膜滲透蒸發(fā)性能的影響,適量的F-能改善膜的分離性能,當(dāng)合成液配比為1TEOS:0.17 TPAOH:100 H2O:x NaF,F-應(yīng)控制在0.12以下。當(dāng)F-含量在0.12時(shí),通量可達(dá)6.76 kg·m-2·h-1,分離因子為20.49。(5)考察了原料液濃度和溫度對(duì)Silicalite-1分子篩膜滲透蒸發(fā)性能的影響,在低濃度范圍內(nèi)(5-25wt.% EtOH),隨著乙醇濃度增加,分離因子逐漸降低,但通量變化不大;隨著原料液溫度從30℃上升到75℃,膜通量逐漸上升,而分離因子逐漸下降。
[Abstract]:As a kind of inorganic membrane, Silicalite-1 molecular sieve membrane has good heat resistance and acid resistance, and the infinite ratio of Si / Al gives it a good hydrophobicity, which makes it have a good application prospect in the removal of organic matter in water. Especially in the application of in situ removal of low concentration ethanol from fermentation broth so as to realize the continuous production of fuel ethanol. At present, the preparation of Silicalite-1 molecular sieve membrane is mostly made of tube carrier containing aluminum, but the membrane flux is low, and the space utilization rate of membrane module is low. The stainless steel mesh not only has high porosity, but also its soft texture can be processed into a reel membrane assembly, thus greatly improving the space utilization ratio of the membrane assembly. In this paper, Silicalite-1 molecular sieve membranes with better densification, better separation performance and higher flux than traditional tubular carrier membranes were prepared by using cheap stainless steel mesh as carrier. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the effects of crystallization temperature, crystallization time, water content, liquid level and template dosage on the morphology of the films were investigated systematically, and the crystallization temperature was 175 鈩,
