超臨界乙醇體系中石墨烯剝離技術的工藝研究

【摘要】:以超臨界乙醇為介質剝離石墨制備了石墨烯,考察了實驗條件對石墨烯收率的影響。當石墨/乙醇質量濃度為0.32mg/mL,溫度為250℃,壓力為26 MPa,反應時間為0.5 h時,石墨烯的收率為12.49%。在該實驗條件下,經過6次反復冷熱循環(huán)過程后,石墨烯的收率達到最大為21.32%。采用透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)及拉曼光譜(Raman)等技術對石墨烯樣品進行表征,TEM分析結果表明,超臨界法可剝離得到薄層石墨烯;XRD和拉曼分析結果表明,由該方法可以得到結構缺陷較少的優(yōu)質石墨烯。
