【摘要】：針對揭陽某電鍍園區(qū)處理電鍍廢水所產生的含鎳污泥,提出純水洗滌后電解提純的硫酸鎳回收工藝,確定了最佳工藝參數(shù)如下:洗滌水量是含鎳污泥的3.5倍,洗滌攪拌18 min,洗滌后靜置30 min;電解時電流密度為0.02~0.06 A/dm~2,電壓約1 V,時間1 h。可以得到質量分數(shù)約6%的硫酸鎳溶液,其純度滿足電鍍鎳槽液直接補充的需要,實現(xiàn)了污泥的無害化及資源化處理,并具有一定的經濟效益。
[Abstract]:According to the nickel - containing sludge generated in the treatment of electroplating wastewater in an electroplating park , the optimum parameters are as follows : washing water is 3.5 times of the nickel - containing sludge , the washing is stirred for 18 min , the washing is allowed to stand for 30 min , the current density is 0.02 - 0.06 A / dm ~ 2 at the time of electrolysis , the voltage is about 1 V and the time is 1 h . The purity of the nickel sulfate solution with the mass fraction of about 6 % can be obtained . The purity of the nickel sulfate solution can meet the requirement of direct replenishment of the plating nickel bath solution , thus realizing the harmless and resource treatment of the sludge and having certain economic benefits .
