【摘要】:量子點(diǎn)是粒徑為1~100 nm范圍內(nèi)的半導(dǎo)體納米晶,呈現(xiàn)寬而連續(xù)的激發(fā)光譜,窄而對稱的發(fā)射光譜,且光穩(wěn)定性好,另外,還可通過調(diào)節(jié)量子點(diǎn)的尺寸大小得到不同波長的發(fā)射光。目前,鋅類量子點(diǎn)由于其低毒性受到了廣泛的關(guān)注,同時通過給鋅類量子點(diǎn)摻雜微量的過渡金屬離子,將會大大提高量子產(chǎn)率。此外,在量子點(diǎn)表面修飾一些有機(jī)小分子,就可以得到水溶性、生物相容性較好的摻雜型鋅類量子點(diǎn)。這些優(yōu)異的性質(zhì)使得量子點(diǎn)在化學(xué)、生物學(xué)、材料學(xué)及醫(yī)藥學(xué)等領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的研究和應(yīng)用。近年來,運(yùn)用量子點(diǎn)的熒光分析法為定量測定藥物分子開辟了一條新穎、快速、價(jià)格低廉且靈敏便捷的途徑,并且展現(xiàn)出了潛在的應(yīng)用前景。本論文旨在研究Mn摻雜ZnS量子點(diǎn)的光譜性能并探索其在分析檢測方面的應(yīng)用。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:第一章概述了量子點(diǎn)的定義、性質(zhì)、合成方法及在分析檢測領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,并簡單介紹了摻雜量子點(diǎn)的優(yōu)勢、類型及合成方法。第二章運(yùn)用共沉淀法制備ZnS:Mn量子點(diǎn),通過TEM、XRD、DLS、紅外光譜、紫外吸收光譜、熒光光譜等手段分別從結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌、尺寸分布、光學(xué)性質(zhì)等這幾方面對合成的樣品進(jìn)行了表征,結(jié)果表明:合成的量子點(diǎn)呈球形、粒徑分布均勻、呈立方晶型、光譜強(qiáng)度好、水溶液呈電負(fù)性。第三章以MPA為穩(wěn)定劑,通過共沉淀法合成了Mn摻雜ZnS量子點(diǎn)?紤]到ZnS:Mn量子點(diǎn)獨(dú)特的雙發(fā)射特性,即ZnS本體的特征缺陷發(fā)射峰和由錳的輻射躍遷而產(chǎn)生的橙色發(fā)射峰,以及姜黃素對其特征缺陷發(fā)射具有猝滅作用而對橙色發(fā)射無影響這一特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了一種簡單快速的測定姜黃素的比率熒光方法。該方法的線性范圍為0.16-16.9μmol/L,檢出限為0.037μmol/L,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.9993。第四章運(yùn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法LC-MS測定尿樣中姜黃素的濃度。比較此法與我們建立的方法,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證構(gòu)建方法的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Quantum dots (QDs) are semiconductor nanocrystals with a particle size of 1 ~ 100 nm. They exhibit broad and continuous excitation spectra, narrow and symmetrical emission spectra and good optical stability. In addition, different wavelengths of emission can be obtained by adjusting the size of quantum dots. At present, zinc quantum dots (QDs) have attracted much attention because of their low toxicity. At the same time, the quantum yield will be greatly improved by doping zinc quantum dots with small amounts of transition metal ions. In addition, doped zinc quantum dots with water solubility and good biocompatibility can be obtained by modifying some organic small molecules on the surface of quantum dots. These excellent properties make quantum dots widely studied and applied in chemistry, biology, materials and medicine. In recent years, the use of quantum dot fluorescence analysis for quantitative determination of drug molecules has opened up a novel, rapid, cheap, sensitive and convenient way, and has shown a potential application prospects. The aim of this thesis is to study the spectral properties of mn doped ZnS quantum dots and to explore their applications in analytical detection. The main research contents are as follows: in the first chapter, the definition, properties, synthesis methods and applications in the field of analysis and detection of quantum dots are summarized, and the advantages, types and synthesis methods of doped quantum dots are briefly introduced. In chapter 2, ZnS:Mn quantum dots were prepared by coprecipitation method. The synthesized QDs were characterized by means of structure, morphology, size distribution, optical properties and so on. The results show that the synthesized QDs are spherical, uniform in size distribution, cubic in shape, good in spectral intensity and electronegativity in aqueous solution. In chapter 3, Mn-doped ZnS quantum dots were synthesized by co-precipitation using MPA as stabilizer. Taking into account the unique double emission characteristics of ZnS:Mn quantum dots, namely, the characteristic defect emission peaks of the ZnS bulk and the orange emission peaks resulting from the radiative transition of manganese, A simple and rapid method for the determination of curcumin ratio fluorescence was developed because curcumin had quenching effect on its characteristic defect emission but had no effect on orange emission. The linear range of the method is 0.16-16.9 渭 mol / L, the detection limit is 0.037 渭 mol / L and the correlation coefficient is 0.9993. In chapter 4, the concentration of curcumin in urine was determined by LC-MS. The accuracy of the method is further verified by comparing this method with the method established by us.
