莫來石泡沫陶瓷漿料性能研究

【摘要】:以自制莫來石(粒度為0.045~0.075 mm)、高嶺土(粒度為0.045~0.088 mm)和磷酸為主要原料,采用有機泡沫浸漬法制備泡沫陶瓷過濾材料,研究了球磨時間和固相含量對泡沫陶瓷漿料粘度、穩(wěn)定性、顆粒粒徑等性能的影響,并對其機理進行分析。采用XRD、SEM、EDS等手段研究了泡沫陶瓷的性能、物相及顯微形貌。結(jié)果表明:通過配制固相含量為60%~62%的漿料、球磨8h,可以制備出沉降度較低,粘度適宜,莫來石顆粒D_(50)較小,適合浸漬的優(yōu)質(zhì)漿料;將漿料均勻涂覆在有機泡沫基體上,在1450℃燒結(jié)2.5h可以得到抗壓強度高達1.59MPa,抗熱震性13次,開孔率86%的泡沫陶瓷產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:Foam ceramic filter materials were prepared by organic foam impregnation with mullite (0.045 ~ 0.075 mm), kaolin (0.045 ~ 0.088 mm) and phosphoric acid as main raw materials. The effects of milling time and solid content on viscosity and stability of foam ceramic slurry were studied. The effects of particle size and other properties were analyzed. The properties, phase and micromorphology of foam ceramics were studied by means of XRDX SEMS-EDS. The results show that the slurry containing 60% solid phase can be prepared by ball-milling for 8 h, the viscosity is suitable, the mullite particle DX 50) is small and suitable for impregnation, and the slurry is evenly coated on the organic foam matrix.
