以多次原位水熱法合成Ge-ZSM-5分子篩膜及其滲透蒸發(fā)性能的研究

【摘要】:在α-A1_2O_3載體上,通過多次原位水熱合成制備Ge-ZSM-5分子篩膜,并利用滲透蒸發(fā)膜分離技術(shù)從乙酸/水溶液中分離乙酸?疾炝司Щ瘯r間和合成液中Ge含量對膜的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響。在溶膠物質(zhì)的量組成為Ge(C_2H_5O)_4∶SiO_2∶TPAOH∶H_2O=1∶x∶5.13∶2 246(x=100,25)的合成液中,經(jīng)過3次水熱晶化,所得的膜均為致密膜,膜的分離因子隨溫度的升高而增加,滲透通量受溫度影響不大。在Si/Ge=25的溶膠中,一次原位水熱晶化24 h,二次原位水熱晶化18 h,三次原位水熱12 h合成的膜質(zhì)量最優(yōu),對5%乙酸水溶液,在90℃時,分離因子可達(dá)2.0,此時滲透通量為0.8 kg/(m2·h)。
[Abstract]:Ge-ZSM-5 molecular sieve membranes were prepared on 偽 -A12O3 carrier by in situ hydrothermal synthesis, and acetic acid was separated from acetic acid / aqueous solution by pervaporation membrane separation technique. The effects of crystallization time and GE content on the structure and properties of the films were investigated. After three hydrothermal crystallization, the membranes were all dense membranes, the separation factors of the membranes increased with the increase of temperature, and the permeation flux was not affected by temperature. In the sols of Si/Ge=25, the membrane mass was optimized by in situ hydrothermal crystallization for 24 h, in situ for 18 h, and for 3 times for 12 h. For 5% acetic acid aqueous solution, the separation factor was 2.0 at 90 鈩,
