表面活性劑協(xié)助的鄰苯二甲酸自組裝結(jié)構(gòu)上錫的電化學(xué)沉積

【摘要】:本文對(duì)鄰苯二甲酸(PA)與表面活性劑分子間相互作用對(duì)錫電沉積的影響進(jìn)行了研究。我們的思路是通過分子間的相互作用在電極表面構(gòu)建一層致密且規(guī)則的添加劑分子網(wǎng)絡(luò),通過這層分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)能夠阻擋金屬離子向陰極接近,抑制其在電極表面還原,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電沉積過程的調(diào)控。我們選擇芳香羧酸作為分子結(jié)構(gòu)單元,試圖通過分子之間構(gòu)筑的分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)添加劑分子夾雜和電還原反應(yīng)的抑制作用實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)控。芳香羧酸由于相鄰分子之間可以通過氫鍵、π-π堆積和范德華力等相互作用,在電極-電解液界面形成自組裝的分子網(wǎng)絡(luò),因而引起了人們的關(guān)注。CV曲線表明,本文采用的PA與Triton x100的組合體系對(duì)錫電沉積產(chǎn)生了較強(qiáng)的抑制作用。SEM表明,PA與Triton x100組合作為添加劑得到的鍍層光潔、均勻、致密。碳含量的測試表明,PA與Triton x100組合的到的鍍層具有相對(duì)較低的碳含量。這表明,采用PA與Triton x100的組合實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)添加劑夾雜的控制。其原因可能是在電極表面形成了分子聚集(分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)),由于PA與Triton x100各分子之間的相互作用,產(chǎn)生了互相連接、互相牽制作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effect of the interaction between phthalic acid (PAA) and surfactant on the electrodeposition of tin was studied. Our idea is to construct a dense and regular molecular network of additives on the electrode surface through intermolecular interactions, which can block metal ions from approaching the cathode and inhibit their reduction on the electrode surface. Thus, the regulation of electrodeposition process is realized. We choose aromatic carboxylic acids as molecular structural units to regulate the inhibition of additive molecular inclusion and electroreduction by molecular networks. Aromatic carboxylic acids form self-assembled molecular networks at the electrode electrolyte interface through the interaction of hydrogen bonds, 蟺-蟺 stacking and van der Waals force between adjacent molecules. In this paper, the combination system of PA and Triton x100 has a strong inhibitory effect on the electrodeposition of tin. SEM shows that the coating obtained by the combination of PA and Triton x100 as additives is smooth, uniform and dense. The measurement of carbon content shows that the coating with the combination of PA and Triton x100 has relatively low carbon content. This shows that the combination of PA and Triton x 100 is used to control the additive inclusion. This may be due to the formation of molecular aggregation (molecular network) on the electrode surface, which is caused by the interaction between PA and Triton x100 molecules.
