【摘要】:以氯化鋅和異丙醇鋁為原料,異丙醇為溶劑,采用非水解溶膠-凝膠法制備了鋁摻雜的氧化鋅納米粉體。利用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、場發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡(FESEM)分析了產(chǎn)物的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌,并測試了其氣敏性能。實(shí)驗結(jié)果表明,鋁摻雜的氧化鋅納米粉體屬于六方纖鋅礦結(jié)構(gòu),鋁摻雜量為1.5%時該材料對甲醛氣體具有較高的靈敏度。工作溫度為260℃時,對500 ppm甲醛氣體的靈敏度可達(dá)12.07。同時,該材料還具有較好的響應(yīng)-恢復(fù)特性,響應(yīng)時間和恢復(fù)時間分別為18 s和12 s。在50-2000 ppm的甲醛氣體范圍內(nèi),隨著甲醛濃度增大,材料的靈敏度呈上升趨勢。
[Abstract]:Using zinc chloride and aluminum isopropanol as raw materials and isopropanol as solvent, aluminum doped zinc oxide nanocrystals were prepared by unhydrolyzed sol-gel method. The crystal structure and morphology of the product were analyzed by means of X-ray diffractometer and field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). The gas sensing properties of the product were also measured. The experimental results show that the Al-doped ZnO nano-powder belongs to hexagonal wurtzite structure, and the material has a high sensitivity to formaldehyde gas when the Al doping amount is 1.5.
