波節(jié)管換熱器設(shè)計及傳熱軟件開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:波節(jié)管換熱器是能顯著改善換熱器傳熱性能的新型換熱器,以其優(yōu)秀的傳熱性能備受換熱器設(shè)計者青睞。傳統(tǒng)換熱器手工計算,尤其是換熱器的傳熱計算,包括傳熱系數(shù)計算、傳熱面積計算和校核計算是一項耗時耗力的復雜過程,而且人工計算容易失誤。對傳統(tǒng)換熱器的設(shè)計,已有多款不同的設(shè)計軟件,但有關(guān)波節(jié)管換熱器傳熱軟件的研制,目前尚未見報道。本文詳細介紹了波節(jié)管換熱器傳熱設(shè)計的基本原理和傳熱軟件研發(fā)的一般步驟,用Microsoft Visual Studio 2010編程軟件,結(jié)合波節(jié)管換熱器的工藝設(shè)計方法,研究開發(fā)了波節(jié)管換熱器傳熱計算軟件系統(tǒng)。將波節(jié)管換熱器的設(shè)計計算由人機對話來實現(xiàn),主要包括換熱系數(shù)、換熱面積、校核和布管設(shè)計等幾項工作。結(jié)果表明,利用此軟件省略了繁雜的手工計算,使波節(jié)型換熱器的設(shè)計快速準確,應(yīng)用方便。同時,本軟件研發(fā)過程中,將水-水傳熱模式和汽-水傳熱模式集成在同一軟件中,設(shè)計了波節(jié)管換熱器無相變傳熱和有相變傳熱兩種傳熱形式,擴大了軟件的使用范圍。本軟件在研發(fā)過程中設(shè)置了一些實用的查詢窗口,包括管材導熱系數(shù)查詢窗口、波節(jié)管中心距查詢窗口等。比如程序設(shè)計中的布管窗口,將復雜的布管繪圖以程序中的GDI繪圖方法繪制在熒屏上,節(jié)省了設(shè)計者的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計時間。程序中的表格和計算書兩種導出形式也為設(shè)計者的后續(xù)設(shè)計提供了方便。
[Abstract]:The corrugated tube heat exchanger is a new type of heat exchanger which can improve the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger significantly. It is favored by the heat exchanger designers for its excellent heat transfer performance. Manual calculation of heat exchanger, especially heat transfer calculation of heat exchanger, including heat transfer coefficient calculation, heat transfer area calculation and check calculation, is a time-consuming and labor-consuming complex process, and manual calculation is easy to make mistakes. There are many different design software for traditional heat exchanger, but the development of heat transfer software for corrugated tube heat exchanger has not been reported. This paper introduces in detail the basic principle of heat transfer design of corrugated tube heat exchanger and the general steps of the development of heat transfer software, using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming software, combined with the process design method of the corrugated tube heat exchanger. A software system for heat transfer calculation of corrugated tube heat exchanger is developed. The design and calculation of corrugated tube heat exchanger are realized by man-machine dialogue, including heat transfer coefficient, heat transfer area, check and pipe layout design, etc. The results show that the complicated manual calculation is omitted by this software, which makes the design of the corrugated heat exchanger fast and accurate, and the application is convenient. At the same time, the water-water heat transfer mode and the steam-water heat transfer mode are integrated into the same software in the course of the software development, and two heat transfer modes, no phase change heat transfer and phase change heat transfer mode, are designed in the corrugated tube heat exchanger, and the application range of the software is expanded. Some practical query windows are set up in the course of the development of the software, including the query window of the thermal conductivity of the pipe, the window of the center distance of the corrugated tube, and so on. For example, the tube window in the program design can be drawn on the screen by using the GDI drawing method in the program, which saves the designer's time of structure design. The two forms of table and calculation in the program also provide convenience for the designer's subsequent design.
