疏水性陶瓷復合膜的制備與油水分離性能研究

【摘要】:采用聚四氟乙烯粉末與氧化鋁平板陶瓷膜進行高溫燒結改性的方式,制備了有較高疏水性的陶瓷復合膜。通過掃描電鏡、能譜儀、紅外光譜及靜態(tài)接觸角測量儀研究了復合膜的表面形貌和化學結構。結果表明,制備的疏水性陶瓷復合膜在油中的疏水性能變化不大,能夠較好的應用于油水分離。增大操作壓力、料液溫度或降低水含量都可以增加膜的滲透通量。當操作壓力為0.1 MPa、混合液溫度為25℃,水的質(zhì)量分數(shù)為3%時,制備的疏水性陶瓷復合膜的滲透初始通量為12 L/(m~2·h),截留率可達98.75%。
[Abstract]:Ceramic composite membranes with high hydrophobicity were prepared by high temperature sintering modification of PTFE powder and alumina flat ceramic membrane. The surface morphology and chemical structure of the composite film were studied by scanning electron microscope, energy spectrometer, infrared spectrum and static contact angle measuring instrument. The results showed that the hydrophobicity of the hydrophobic ceramic composite membrane in oil had little change and could be applied to oil / water separation. The permeation flux of the membrane can be increased by increasing the operating pressure, increasing the feed temperature or reducing the water content.
