電沉積Ni-W梯度鍍層及耐磨性研究

【摘要】:通過電沉積技術(shù)并調(diào)節(jié)鍍液中鎳鎢離子配比濃度在鋁合金基體表面制備了Ni-W梯度鍍層,研究了鍍層中W質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的變化對(duì)梯度鍍層性能的影響.結(jié)果表明:所制備梯度鍍層表面均勻平整,與基體結(jié)合良好,沿鍍層生長(zhǎng)方向W質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)逐層增加;相比于Ni-W均質(zhì)合金,Ni-W梯度鍍層具有較低的摩擦系數(shù),磨損形貌較為平整,表面剝落少,表現(xiàn)出較好的耐摩擦磨損性能.
[Abstract]:Ni-W gradient coating was prepared on aluminum alloy substrate by electrodeposition and adjusting the concentration of nickel and tungsten ions in the bath. The effect of W content in the coating on the properties of gradient coating was studied. The results show that the gradient coating has a smooth surface, good bonding with the substrate, and the W mass fraction increases layer by layer along the growth direction of the coating. Compared with the Ni-W homogeneous alloy Ni-W gradient coating, the wear morphology of the gradient coating has a lower friction coefficient, and the wear morphology of the gradient coating is flatter than that of the Ni-W homogeneous alloy Ni-W gradient coating. The surface has less peeling and shows better friction and wear resistance.
