含焊接錯邊缺陷壓力管道安全性評價軟件開發(fā)

【摘要】:在壓力管道安裝中,由于施焊條件的限制,管道連接處存在焊接缺陷,錯邊缺陷是常見且難以避免的,錯邊的存在將引起局部應(yīng)力集中,進而影響管道的使用安全。因此,必須對含焊接錯邊壓力管道進行安全性評價分析。本文對于缺少因子Rbs的API579推薦的安全評價方法,建立各類焊接錯邊缺陷的三維模型,采用Ansys進行有限元分析得出各類缺陷的不確定因子Rbs的表達方式,得到完整的安全評價方法,根據(jù)對應(yīng)的計算方法編寫評價程序,并使用編寫的評價軟件對揚巴公司現(xiàn)場的缺陷構(gòu)件進行安全性評價,評價結(jié)果與構(gòu)件實際的可靠性一致。結(jié)果表明,使用本文開發(fā)的評價軟件,只需在軟件的界面輸入相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù),即可立刻得出可靠性評價結(jié)果,具有可靠性高、成本低、高效便捷的優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:In the installation of pressure pipeline, due to the limitation of welding conditions, there are welding defects in the joint of the pipeline, which are common and difficult to avoid. The existence of the wrong edge will cause the local stress concentration, and then affect the safety of the pipeline. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate and analyze the safety of the pressure pipeline with welded staggered edges. In this paper, for the safety evaluation method recommended by API579, which lacks factor Rbs, the 3D model of all kinds of weld edge defects is established, and the expression mode of uncertain factor Rbs of various defects is obtained by using Ansys finite element analysis. A complete safety evaluation method is obtained and the evaluation program is compiled according to the corresponding calculation method. The evaluation software is used to evaluate the safety of defective components in Yangba Company. The evaluation results are consistent with the actual reliability of the components. The results show that using the evaluation software developed in this paper, the reliability evaluation results can be obtained immediately by inputting relevant data into the software interface, which has the advantages of high reliability, low cost and high efficiency and convenience.
