多孔硅酸鈣在車用聚丙烯材料中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:多孔硅酸鈣是大唐國際采取預(yù)脫硅-堿石灰燒結(jié)法由粉煤灰制取得到的新型硅酸鹽產(chǎn)品,本文研究其在改性聚丙烯中的應(yīng)用,為粉煤灰的高附加值利用提供了一條有效途徑,不僅解決環(huán)境問題,還會產(chǎn)生經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,具有重要的實(shí)際意義。文中采用了XRD、SEM、FT-IR、TG-DSC等方式對多孔硅酸鈣的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征,探討了機(jī)械加工對硅酸鈣粒徑分布、微觀形貌、水分含量的影響,將表面活化多孔硅酸鈣與滑石粉填充改性PP,對比研究了兩者對聚丙烯/填料復(fù)合材料性能的影響,為多孔硅酸鈣在改性聚丙烯方面提供技術(shù)支持,最后將多孔硅酸鈣應(yīng)用到了車用PP材料領(lǐng)域,研發(fā)出了符合某汽車公司內(nèi)外飾材料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的改性聚丙烯材料,通過一系列研究表明:(1)多孔硅酸鈣中主要含有結(jié)晶程度較低或無定形態(tài)的托貝莫來石即水化硅酸鈣,其化學(xué)簡式為Ca O·Si O2·n H2O,除此之外含有少量的Si O2、Ca CO3、Ca(OH)2等,其表面孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)豐富呈蜂窩狀,比表面積為119 m2/g,平均孔徑16.32nm。(2)多孔硅酸鈣粉體粒徑分布離散,平均粒徑較大,不利于在改性PP中的應(yīng)用,當(dāng)磨粉機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速在40HZ加工條件下加工的粉體,粒徑分布集中,D97為9.90μm,并且保持了原有的微觀形貌。(3)多孔硅酸鈣對聚丙烯熱變形溫度與力學(xué)性能的改善要優(yōu)于滑石粉;活性多孔硅酸鈣在20%填充時,使共聚聚丙烯熱變形溫度提高23.8℃,使拉伸強(qiáng)度提高9.7%,彎曲強(qiáng)度提高44.2%,彎曲模量提高83.7%,而且PP沖擊強(qiáng)度基本保持不變;同等填充量下,加填多孔硅酸鈣的PP密度要低于滑石粉。(4)將活化多孔硅酸鈣、滑石粉、PP(L5E89)、PP(300H)、PP(K7726H)、HDPE(6084A)和POE(DF610)復(fù)合使用,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)篩選,研制出符合某汽車公司內(nèi)外飾技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的改性PP,證實(shí)了多孔硅酸鈣在車用改性塑料領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用的可行性。
[Abstract]:Porous calcium silicate is a new silicate product made from fly ash by pre-desilication and alkali lime sintering in Datang International. The application of porous calcium silicate in modified polypropylene is studied in this paper, which provides an effective way for the utilization of high added value of fly ash. Not only to solve environmental problems, but also to produce economic benefits, with important practical significance. The microstructure of porous calcium silicate was characterized by means of XRDX SEMT-IRG-DSC, and the effects of mechanical processing on the particle size distribution, morphology and moisture content of calcium silicate were discussed. The effects of surface activated porous calcium silicate and talc powder on the properties of polypropylene / filler composites were studied, which provided technical support for the modification of polypropylene by porous calcium silicate. Finally, the porous calcium silicate was applied to the field of automotive PP materials, and a modified polypropylene material which met the standards of internal and external decoration materials of a certain automobile company was developed. Through a series of studies, it is shown that the porous calcium silicate mainly contains low degree of crystallization or amorphous form of Tobiamurite, that is, calcium silicate hydrate, whose chemical formula is Ca O Si O 2 n H 2O, in addition, it contains a small amount of Sio 2, Ca CO 3, Cao 3 and CaO O H 2, and so on. Its surface pore structure is rich in honeycomb shape, with a specific surface area of 119m2 / g and an average pore diameter of 16.32nm.m-2). The particle size distribution of the porous calcium silicate powder is discrete and the average particle size is larger, which is not conducive to the application in the modified PP. The particle size distribution is 9.90 渭 m when the grinding machine rotate speed is processed under the condition of 40HZ, and the particle size distribution is 9.90 渭 m, and the original microstructure of the powder is maintained. The improvement of the thermal deformation temperature and mechanical properties of polypropylene by porous calcium silicate is better than that of talc powder. When the active porous calcium silicate is filled with 20%, the hot deformation temperature of copolymer polypropylene is increased by 23.8 鈩,
