電磁流量計(jì)在廢硫酸裝置中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:硫酸是一種主要的煉油工業(yè)原料,但在煉油裝置使用的過(guò)程中,硫酸的濃度會(huì)逐漸降低,降低到一定程度后會(huì)變成廢硫酸排放出去。從裝置中排出的廢硫酸具有很強(qiáng)的腐蝕性,對(duì)環(huán)境也有污染,而且也浪費(fèi)了資源。因此許多煉油企業(yè)都有廢硫酸回收裝置,對(duì)廢硫酸重新加工,使其濃度提高以達(dá)到循環(huán)利用。在廢硫酸回收裝置中,設(shè)置了很多儀表用來(lái)檢測(cè)整個(gè)工藝過(guò)程參數(shù),比如溫度儀表、壓力儀表、流量?jī)x表、液位儀表、分析儀等。本文通過(guò)與其他流量計(jì)在精度、安裝等方面進(jìn)行選型對(duì)比,得出結(jié)論電磁流量計(jì)是最適合硫酸流量測(cè)量的儀表。因此在青海2.5萬(wàn)噸/年廢硫酸回收裝置設(shè)置電磁流量計(jì)用于測(cè)量硫酸的流量,不僅提高了測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確度和精度,確保了企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。文中又對(duì)硫酸裝置中儀表的選型、選材、安裝及出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的解決辦法進(jìn)行研究。同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)本裝置中所有的檢測(cè)儀表,將其運(yùn)用到自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中,提高了整個(gè)裝置的自動(dòng)化水平。電磁流量計(jì)是利用法拉第電磁感應(yīng)定律來(lái)測(cè)量導(dǎo)電液體的儀表,具有精度高、安裝簡(jiǎn)單、耐腐蝕性強(qiáng)、可靠性高、容易變更范圍等優(yōu)點(diǎn),目前在全世界已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Sulfuric acid is one of the main raw materials in refining industry, but the concentration of sulfuric acid will decrease gradually in the process of oil refining unit use, and then it will be discharged into waste sulfuric acid to a certain extent. The waste sulfuric acid discharged from the plant is very corrosive, pollutes the environment and wastes resources. Therefore, many refineries have waste sulfuric acid recovery units, reprocessing waste sulfuric acid to increase its concentration to achieve recycling. In the waste sulfuric acid recovery plant, many instruments are set up to detect the whole process parameters, such as temperature meter, pressure meter, flow meter, liquid level meter, analyzer and so on. By comparing with other Flowmeters in precision and installation, it is concluded that electromagnetic Flowmeter is the most suitable instrument for sulphuric acid flow measurement. Therefore, an electromagnetic Flowmeter is set up in the 25000 t / a waste sulfuric acid recovery unit in Qinghai to measure the sulfuric acid flow rate, which not only improves the accuracy and accuracy of the measurement, but also ensures the economic benefit of the enterprise. In this paper, the selection, material selection, installation and solution of the problems in the sulphuric acid plant are also studied. At the same time, all the measuring instruments in the device are designed and applied to the automatic control system, which improves the automation level of the whole device. Electromagnetic Flowmeter is an instrument which uses Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction to measure conductive liquid. It has the advantages of high precision, simple installation, strong corrosion resistance, high reliability and easy to change the range. It has been widely used all over the world.
